★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am so happy that my brother and sister-in-law recommended Emory Vet Clinic for our dog Benny! He is a medium dog about 55 pounds and has hated his nails trimmed in the past... Nothing but good things to say about this place - they have gotten him to the back quickly, and are done in just a few minutes! He always comes back smiling, and everyone I've seen up there seems to genuinely love what they do 🥰🐾 - highly recommend!
August 12 · Danielle WoodsDr. Gibbs is amazing as well as her assistant Anna. I brought my 15 year-old lab/blue heeler mix in for an evaluation. Dr. Gibbs was super knowledgeable and gave me multiple options. Rather than insisting on bloodwork and an x-ray, Dr. Gibbs allowed me to make the choice knowing that my goal was simply pain management for my sweet girl Hunter. What a great vet that I will be bringing my animals to well into the future!
May 29 · Debbie SandersCommunication between staff is terrible! You can speak to one staff member and it is not recorded or documented what was said! But they have done a lot just recently for my dogs seizures where as in the 11 years I've they've been seeing her they only prescribed medication which never worked! I'm grateful to Dr Bankston!also they are quick to get your pet in if there's an emergency!
May 28 · Sandy SlattonAbsolutely incredible. Lovely staff and a great Dr. They quickly helped me and my puppy with all our needs. Great rates for amazing animal care. Thank yall again. You've earned my business for life.
February 22 · CodyBI hate to leave a bad review but people should be aware. This place is a negative star. We have had several dogs treated here but never again. Issues are they drop the ball a lot, bad communication, misdiagnosis, overcharge, blame you for their screw ups. Unnecessarily recommending surgery they can’t do, and very unprofessional. Just to mention a few. Almost cost us thousands more. To top it off the vet called and yelled at my wife for quite some time chewing her out for something she never did. Very unprofessional and not acceptable in any business of any kind. Thank God we found a wonderful vet in Wills Point. The appointment we have tried to book for over 3 months with Emory was immediately booked at the other vet for this month. Be aware they will start out pleasant but end up down right rude and offensive.
