Feb 23, 2025 · ebony dorseyI love this facility. The staff is very informative & do so well with my spicy little fur baby. From a 4 week old kitten to today. Oct 22, 2022 · Steven CornI transferred care to them for my cat because I was told how wonderful they were. I was so hopeful. My baby boy was having lots of anxiety and had a rough experience at a vet previously (not their fault, 100% him). I explained that before the visit. When I arrived, they almost immediately made a comment about my cat acting out at the previous vet. I explained that is why I had requested meds prior to the visit (which they refused). I explained to the vet tech my cat would be ok with the exam if I was there, but he probably would not do well with a lab draw. She proceeded to take him in the back for both the exam and lab draw. When the vet came in all he would say was how big and strong and aggressive my cat was. Mind you, I brought him in for anxiety and they had ignored everything I had said about that. The vet tech returned with my cat, calling him “spicy” .. when I returned home, I discovered my cat could not put any weight on his right rear leg. I called them to see what happened and they denied knowing anything. But they said almost immediately they would not see him without meds or sedation. They went on and on about how they were negatively affected by the visit. They never showed any care or empathy for my cat. That is what upset me the most. They didn’t care. He ended up at the ER that night when his pain was so bad he was growling at his own leg. It’s been 6 days and he can still barely put much weight on it.I took him there for help with his anxiety and now he has an injured leg I am needing to seek follow up care for. There was no way I was going to take my cat back to them after the lack of empathy they had for him, or me.
