EVE Pet Hospital Reviews
Wonderful place! Caring, professional staff. I was referred by my vet for a very sick kitten. He received care immediately! They kept us well informed every step of the way. We had Dr. Bailee Mitchell as our vet. She was fabulous! Everyone took their time to answer all my questions and alleviated a lot of stress. Due to the nature of emergency medicine, you might have a wait, but I assure you, they are worth it. We were lucky to come when there was no wait.
Jun 03, 2025 · Christy GaborGreat front staff, which helps your visit start on the right foot. I felt so comfortable with the knowledge and treatment given by the doctors! The doctors and staff were empathetic during our visit when we found the need to put down the Queensland Healer. They allowed and accommodated our large family to say goodbye. Later, I didn't hesitate to take our Great Dane, Hazel, in knowing I would get an honest diagnosis and great treatment! Thank EVE for serving our family with such great care!
Apr 18, 2025 · Linda CochellI can’t say enough great things about EVE. They were able to provide our cat the emergency care he needed and we are beyond grateful!!They took our concerns seriously and responded with compassion/urgency.They took the time to explain what was happening, making sure we were informed and supported throughout the process. They were even available several times via phone when we needed guidance with giving him medications. Not only did they stabilize him and get him through the worst of it, but they also went above and beyond connecting us with resources for his ongoing care. They gave us a clear aftercare plan, suggested a follow up clinic, and recommended a FB group online to reach out to for support (for his specific diagnosis). These are 100% the kind of caring, experienced providers I would trust and recommend again and again. We are so grateful for them!!!
May 26, 2025 · Kassidy EThis was my first time coming to this veterinary clinic and all I have to say is, what an amazing experience! The staff and doctors were very friendly and very informative. I brought my dog in because she wasn’t eating and I was super worried she had some underlying condition. They did some x-rays on her and really helped reassure me, went over types of procedures we could do, and went over expenses/medications very thoroughly. Definitely not bad on costs either. I could tell my dog was super happy with them as well, sometimes she’s not the best at vet appointments. They took amazing care of her and now she’s starting to eat/ be herself again. I definitely feel confident in leaving my dog here again in the future. Thank you all!!
Apr 12, 2025 · Emma VincentDo NOT COME HERE!!!! My dog was attacked by a German Shepherd yesterday he is a 15 pound Chihuahua mix. I looked to find the closest vet and I saw this one had good reviews idk how! The vet exam was $190 and they had him in the back for only a few minutes to do the exam and when she brought him in the room, she only said he had two superficial bites that everything else was fine. The main reason I brought him in was because he was extremely sore on his rib cage and would go to bite me when I touched it which he doesn’t ever try to bite me. I had to tell her about this myself and I was wondering, what kind of exam did you do back there? The girl came in the room had me pay the bill handed me some papers did not go over one thing with me and I walked out the door. Later in the day, I realize a chunk of my dog’s ear was missing, and he had a bite wound on the back of his tail. That was my bad for not noticing that sooner but I was attacked by the dog as well and was in shock. Again, why didn’t the vet notice this if I’m paying $200 for an exam? How come these things were not noticed by someone (A VETERINARIAN) who was supposed to notice this first and foremost over me who is in shock and traumatized from what happened? Then today the next day after the incident, I noticed my dog hadn’t barked and he’s normally a barker but then later on in the day, he went to go bark as even though he’s been resting as much as possible he is a high energy dog and wanted to play with his toys. I tossed his toy, maybe 3 feet in the house and he went to go bark and yelped and then I called the veterinarian to ask about that situation. The lady that answered the phone was completely rude and incompetent and gave me a complete attitude about everything “I was doing wrong” and saying that I was told for him not to play in any manner when I was at the vets office. I was never told one thing I was only given paperwork and on the paperwork it says no rough playing with my other dog which I understand. She told me to bring him back in for ANOTHER EXAM and I brought up why I wouldn’t bring him back in because of the horrible exam the first time. She said she would talk to her supervisor and get back to me. They then proceeded to send me a text message, calling ME the wrong name and calling my dog a SHE when it’s a boy dog. This place doesn’t know what they’re doing. I would not come back here if it was free.In response to the veterinarian below, that’s not at all how the appointment went and NO the vet said nothing besides the superficial bites. I only saw the actual veterinarian for maybe 4 minutes of the entire appointment but of course they’re gonna put their own spin on it so they don’t lose business
