Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
Dr. Losca has been great, thorough, informative & compassionate. I found the tiniest of kittens that had worms, was flee infested, and anemic. She devised a plan and after a few weeks our baby is on the road to recovery. We've named her Sofia because she's tough, just like her name sake in John Wick. We are very grateful for Banfield.
Jun 26, 2025 · Stephanie FI love everyone at the pet hospital. They are so caring and knowledgeable. They answer all my questions, some before I ask. Georgie loves them too.
Jul 02, 2025 · Jeannie KalkauskiI have been to 4 different Banfields, and have been generally happy with the services and plan coverage, however this location was unable to provide me with any information about the checkup, leaving me with no answers and a stressed out cat. I went in for itching concerns and basic vaccinations, therefore a drop off, and I hadn't heard back for hours until I reached out first requesting a pickup time and estimate. I would never know if the vet looked at my pets at this location, as there is no indication they read my concerns or examined either my cat or dog, as they rushed pickup and didn't speak to me about anything other than billing. At other vets, I have had the vet or tech come out to speak with me and discuss how my pets are doing, but here it was rushed despite there being no other pets. I would strongly recommend other locations or vets, I will not be giving this location another try due to this happening twice now. The wellness plan services are not cheap, and it is disconcerting to see the multitude of concerns people have with this location.
May 27, 2025 · Holly HamesI scheduled an appointment at a certain location for a certain time. The appointment was confirmed and I was given a confirmation email for the appointment. I took a photo of the email confirming my appointment and decided to call to get clarification on my free appointment coupon that I had also received. When I called the specific location I was interrupted immediately and was told to give my dogs name. The lady on the phone then told me she would be canceling my appointment since it was not an available appointment time. I explained that there was multiple appointments for that afternoon and that I didn’t understand why they would have the times available if they weren’t actually available. I then later checked after my appointment was canceled and the appointment time was available! Sadly I have had to select a new veterinarian due to the lack of trust and communication. I never even got the chance to ask about my free coupon which is the only reason I had called in the first place. I was offered to drop off my dog from 11am to 3pm but I couldn’t leave my dog in their care after that interaction.
Mar 11, 2025 · Tia RandazzoI had Recently brought my dog into this vet on the weekend. The doctor she had was Dr. Christina Barber. I will never recommend this doctor. I had asked her to put my dog On an anti-inflammatory at the end with everything going on. And she said no Because we didn’t culture urine, but proceeded to put her on a pain pill. They act the same. So I don’t understand why she wouldn’t proscribe it. And frankly didn’t really seem to know what she was talking about. I asked her if there was blood in her urine she proceeded to say no, not to the eye, but when I looked at her labs, it was positive for blood in her urine .And when I Was checking out I asked if her labs were in the packet and the lady upfront proceeded to tell me they were. And I couldn’t find them, so I asked another lady that came out and looked at the girl that I was just talking to and asked her to print out my labs and she finally printed them out for me.These people are just trying to get your money and not actually help. I spent $400 on this vet bill for absolutely no answers and getting lied to
