★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Took our 2 new Aussie puppies there for their first visit & the lady seemed irritated from the moment we walked in. Was very short & showed no interest in the puppies at all. Not sure about the doc that was there… never talked with him but he seemed decent. She was even rude to him! She asked me to hold the puppy, and when the puppy started trying to to move around she got upset even though I was still holding the puppy around her waist. She then literally pulled the puppy out of my hands… apparently I wasn’t doing a good enough job. Crazy unprofessional & couldn’t be more of a lack of compassion. We took the puppies and left… never even got to the appointment. Congrats, you got me to leave my first bad review ever. It’s unfortunate, they’re 5 mins from my house & would have been our vet for life. I’ll make the drive & go somewhere that can at least act like they care. So much for staying local.
