★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Doctor couldn't be bothered to actually check my cat, eyeballed it and sent him on his way. Cat has had a weak meow, higher pitched, and both his eyes swollen. Due to my research the most likely thing was an upper respiratory infection. I tried to wait it out and let him heal on his own, but I got worried for the little guy. So I took him here, just wanted to be told different or given antibiotics.First off, didn't bother to call my cat by name, while staring at the chart. "Ash", I guess referring to his Siamese color, so I didn't know who they were talking to, his name is Siegfried. Though understandably name might be hard to read. Whatever, right? Just a name. But it was a bit of a red flag. Then he looked at him for 5-10 minutes. "He got into a fight, eye got scratched, the weak meow was due to the infection from the eye." Ah yes, tell me how the weak meow he had prior to the eye swelling was due to getting scratched in the eye. Never mind that this particular cat isn't confrontational at all. He wants food and to sleep in my office alone, where I work and he's constantly under supervision. There is and was no opportunity for him to be in a fight. Guess again, doc.Didn't bother to elaborate, gave eyedrops, charged 130 bucks and shoved out the door. Man thinks he's Dr House and doesn't know what he's doing. Must be nice being one of the few vets in town. Don't like it? Too bad. A jaded vet who doesn't care for animals, why are you even in this business.
July 22 · Ricky WolfProbably not the worst clinic in history, but certainly in top 3. Took my pet in to be spayed and was told she would have to stay overnight which would be fine if someone had been there to check on her periodically. Found out that thats not the case. So my pet slept in her own crap all night. When they bring her out they tell me i need to clean her up when i get home. Her entire back side is covered in diarrhea and she stinks terribly! My vehicle now has to be cleand as well. The lack of concern for animals was a red flag when I started taking my 3 Aussies there but i gave it a chance.NEVER EVER AGAIN!! Honestly the place should be shut down. Its a disgrace.
June 06 · Neil LambertTook our rescue dog to be spayed and upon pick up was told she was in heat. I have owned female dogs all my life and know when they are in heat. This dog was in no way in heat . Good way to get a extra 60 dollars out of us. Be wary of extra charge from them
March 18 · Steve MillsThe staff were nice and the vet themselves were very personable and knowledgeable.
August 26 · Kennon OwensIf I could rate the Vet a 0, I would! He was rude disrespectful assuming & unprofessional & refused to give my almost 14 yr old dog her 3 yr old rabies shot. The rabies shot is the law. All because I sat with my arms folded he assumed I was angry, my arms folded had nothing to do with mood & more to do with personal reasons.
