Mar 04, 2024 · Anna ShieldsA brisk, professional-looking office, alert and involved staff and a doctor that was engaged and personable have made our concerns about a new finding a new practice for our dog vanish. We called a number of places including our old vet and were given long waiting times for an appointment. Gate City arranged an appointment in three days instead of three weeks or longer which was the wait time given in all of the other offices we called. Our dog had a runaway ear infection and I am grateful for the prompt appointment and the treatment. I will add that the Dr. was patient with questions and did not seem in a hurry to rush us out the door. Thanks Gate City -our dog is doing much, much better.
