★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Grace and her staff are the most compassionate, caring, loving and informative professionals that I have ever seen. Dr. Grace is the very best doctor I have met and I wouldn't take my precious fur babies to anyone else. With Dr. Grace's help my girls now have a sister.I have the deepest respect and admiration for Dr. Grace and her staff
March 11 · Katherine DindaMy son dropped Bailey off for grooming today - he was allowed to consent for exam and shots - I was not called even though I am the owner and the only person on Bailey’s chart - So instead of grooming fee of $64, I got a bill for $231 - Surprised!! by a bill for that much - instead of just saying sorry this happened we should have let you know - I was argued down by the person running the front desk - and all the blame was put on the person who kindly dropped Bailey off for me - not the way to do business!!! - I work in healthcare and we are not allowed to surprise bill patients - vet clinics shouldn’t be either.05/29/2025 - I have changed my review to 5 star after being contacted by Dr Grace - she took the time out of her day to have a conversation about this incident and that is true personal care - It was evident to me that she and her staff truly care about providing compassionate care to our fur babies! Isolated incidents can occur but what defines quality is the willingness seek understanding and adjust as needed - much appreciated!
May 29 · Kerry L WhiteNever again! Spent 400 dollars and got no answers. Very expensive prices and the service is no where up to standard for everyone. They constant ask you about your budget and if they exceed your budget they stop right in the spot and the receptionist hands you the bill to pay, with no follow up , with no plan, no answers. And the nurse was far from social and seemed not concerned, I’m still angry over our visit and it’s been a week. If you’re lucky they will test you better. Depends on how much money you look like you have. Oh and they ran X-rays instead of blood work because the X-rays we dang near 300 bucks. When I needed bloodwork. As an animal lover I don’t recommend at all. Atleast not the nurse I had. No chance.Follow up: The X-rays I paid 300 bucks for! They misdiagnosed my dog, They said he had a mass on His spleen! So I took him to a different vet because because I already didn’t trust in them. The next vet was laurel hill, I explained to them all the symptoms and told them that he just had X-rays at the animal hospital but I didn’t trust their opinion. Instead of doing their own testing they went with what the animal hospital diagnosed, And neutered him becuase of a swollen prostate. But that wasn’t the main issue. The main issue was kidney infection and the meds they gave him. To put him to sleep for the surgical was too much for his kidneys. After I couldn’t get any further info or answers after the surgery with no improvements I took him to his 3rd vet in a week and a half to save my best friend! I took him to the animal clinic at Ingrams farm. Where they actually took the time to run proper testing but unfortunately by then it was too late. His kidneys shut down and I never got to bring him home alive and it broke my heart! That night I prayed one last time to God and asked him if I ever have to come back to this earth as a dog, please don’t put me in this area! Between the people dropping them off on the backroads and the vets being straight garbage. Put me anywhere else. 💔. If you love your dog there’s not many good options around here compared to what I’m used to up north in the city. But I would avoid the animal hospital like the plague unless you wanna throw money away for half ass service. Ps. The mass on the spleen turned out to just be an empty stomach. (You would think an ANIMAL HOSPITAL could get that right). The 3rd vet I went to told me at first glance what the X-rays showed. And they were a hell of a lot more concern for my dog than the other 2 vets who seemed more concerned with how I looked than my dog! 🤬. In memory of my best friend TRACKER 🥺
July 08 · Bo EversoleOur Caddie LOVES coming to the vet! GCAH takes wonderful care of her and treats us all with respect and kindness. It is worth the drive from Columbia to use their services.
April 12 · Kim ScruggsThis is the best experience I’ve ever had with a vet. I got my dog, Reuben, as a puppy and I have taken him there for everything! They are all so friendly and caring. They know what’s best for your pet and always make time in an emergency! We will miss them so much when we move.
