★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I visited early this morning when they opened because my cat had an anal gland abscess that had ruptured. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the kind receptionist/vet tech, who was so compassionate and understanding. She explained that the vet was scheduled for surgeries but assured me they would do their best to squeeze my cat in. Dr. Mathis took her back and was incredibly professional, direct, and efficient. When it came time to check out, I was very surprised by the affordable cost, showing that they truly prioritize the well-being of pets over profit. Thank you so much, Dr. Mathis and the entire team, for your excellent care!
October 08 · Brooke AmesI called in requesting an appointment for my dog, because his normal vet wasn't available. The receptionist went into questions about our dog and health, while putting me on and off hold as if she was discussing the situation first before she'd agree to see our dog. Which was understandable. However, after various lines of questioning, she states that we should wait for our normal vet since they have his history. I said, "so you can't see him?" And she said, "No we have no available appointments!"So why would you waste my time asking me all these questions if you had no availability?
April 02 · Jeanita DemchakWould give a zero star if possible. Every time we go we get no answers to our animals problems. There is no in house lab. Which can make or break or a diagnosis. Such as my dog’s kidney failure diagnosis and cancer was caught by a different vet (which has in house labs) two weeks later and he had to be put down. Dr. Mathis said it was arthritis and couldn’t be confirmed due to no X-rays or in house lab.

November 04 · Brenda RouseyI am not local, but I did reach out for help with an opinion on flea and tick medication. This practice took time to answer my question and I truly appreciate it. They are quick and courteous and truly concerned for the health and welfare of our pets. If I live closer, they would be my vet!
