★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We’ve taken our dogs to Snoqualmie Ridge Vetinary Clinic for many years. We’ve always been treated well and our dogs have received good care. Two weeks ago we took our beloved Munch to be assessed because we thought he needed his teeth cleaned before his physical. The vet found a mass in his mouth and told us she was sure it was malignant. We considered surgery but after diagnosis Munch went downhill very quickly and with advice from the vets, we felt that we had discovered the mass too late. Suddenly, he went from romping around the garden to being very ill and we made the decision to end his suffering. We’d only used a home vet for this before, but ours retired so we called the office and they got us in within 3 hours. They had a special room for us with a soft blanket on the table and a pillow for his head. They gave Munch somethingto relax him and he felloff to sleep before his final injection. He drifted away peacefully and knowing he was loved. Within 5 days, including aweekend, we had Munch’s cremains back in a lovely wood box with a paw print pressed into clay, some inked prints, a card signed by the staff and some of his hair. I didn’t know how much I wanted the paw prints until I saw them and am so grateful they and the hair were included. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our little man. We appreciate you so much. Also, Pattie came in to say goodbye to him, and this really touched us both so much.
June 23 · Karen WherlockI’m at a loss for words, honestly.Several weeks ago we took our 10.5 year old Aussie, Tobias, to be examined after he spent several days barely eating. It was our first time there … he happened to be staying with my in-laws nearby and this is their regular vet, but not ours. It was determined he wouldn’t be with us much longer, and while that was a hard pill to swallow, we’d hoped to get at least through the holidays.10 days later, on the Sunday before Christmas, he began to decline rapidly. Since SRVH was closed we took him to BluePearl Renton (now Tukwila) per their recommendation. Unfortunately, we lost him that night after everyone tried everything they could.SRVH was informed after calling me to check in on his status shortly after his passing. Everyone was so kind, and honestly, I assumed since Tobias had only been seen once, that phone call would be the last I’d hear from them. But today we received this card …I’m overwhelmed … a dog they only met once, many of which likely didn’t even get to meet him. They took this much care and consideration to send this card. And to boot, they could have just signed it, but several wrote the kindest words. Above and beyond if you ask me.If this team can do something this big for someone they barely know, imagine the care they have for our furry friends? Tobias left behind a brother, Oliver, who is 2.5. SRVH is 45 min from our house and I’m sure I’ll pass 30 vets on the way, but SRVH is our new vet for Oliver hands down.Thank you, so incredibly much…
January 03 · Curtis MorrisExcellent experience. Dr. Carissa Brandt and the AMAZING staff helped my fiancé and I get through a very difficult time. The staff made us and our dog feel loved and respected. The staff made every aspect special for us and our dog Boo Boo ♥️
February 13 · Steffany OttI have always had positive experiences with handfuls of vets but I have very serious concerns about the legitimacy of the vets at this office. We went in for a standard puppy visit for her vaccines and we had some concerns about worms and or fleas because of some symptoms she was having (itching her belly constantly, frequent itchiness, changes in appetite). Nothing crazy and pretty standard. Her vaccination:After receiving her vaccines she was instantly ill which I usually would consider a rare reaction except I saw another review saying another owner’s dog was sick after getting their shots and asking around to find out everyone I asked comes to this vet for standard care and ends up leaving with bigger issues. And on top of that, the vets responses show they really are just trying to save themselves by continuously avoiding accountability. So right off the bat, having my baby puppy vomiting with diarrhea I called them to see her again and the best they could do was check her in 2 weeks after the matter. The worms & fleas:I had mentioned concerns with our pup having fleas and worms but the vet said the things I had mentioned were nothing to worry about and there were NO FLEAS. We went to another vet not long after for an emergency visit and found out she was INFESTED with fleas (just as I, a non veterinarian, had assumed). She also had worms…just like I had again assumed.Save your time and money. It’s not worth spending money on vet that makes you pets more ill and you end up having to spend more in the long run. I hope the vet looks into their quality of care and medicine and that hopefully this review saves a pet from the emergency visits that me and many other pet owners have gone through after visiting this establishment.
November 28 · Zoe SnyderThey truly care for our pet and have always provided the highest level of care. We appreciate everyone on the incredible team, especially Patti!
