★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have a couple of senior dogs who require constant care. We’ve moved around the state quite a bit and have seen a few different veterinarians, but Dr. Liz Anne Bowman is the best we’ve encountered. She’s always kind and compassionate, treating your pet as if it were her own. What I appreciate most about her is that she gives no-nonsense prognoses, no unnecessary tests, no running around and guessing. She’s straight to the point. Everything she’s done for my dogs has been beneficial and has literally saved their lives. I highly recommend her.
July 15 · Brave SparrowDr. Bowman and Dr. Jones are both wonderful and have taken excellent care of my pets in the past! I highly recommend them and the whole team at Alpine is great.
May 13 · Camille DahlstromI have been taking my sweet Paisley to Alpine for the past 5 years from the time I’ve had her. I have always received amazing care from the vets and the technicians as well as the front staff. I highly recommend them for your pet care needs!
August 28 · Lori DelgadoJust dropping a fecal sample took significantly longer than anticipated.Over the years, the vets have been very attentive and provided good service. However, ever since Alpine dropped emergency care services and stopped submitting invoices directly to our pet insurance, we are not as likely to recommend them.
May 31 · Todd FerryTLDR: unhelpful and oddWe called this morning 8/27/25 when experiencing a pet emergency. We called this hospital because on Google it states they provide emergency vet services. The person who answers states “we don’t take walk-ins”. We explain we are coming in for the emergency services of an… Animal Hospital. The person on the phone then tells me again they cannot take our pet as they do not take walk-ins. Ok, understandable if it was listed as ONLY a clinic. We move on and ask for help with vet ER’s… the person tells me to just Google search emergency vets. Ok so let’s think together, how do you think I got your number? You work at a vet clinic and you aren’t able to provide vet ER information??? The person would not tell us ANY nearby pet ER’s.Cherry on top, they say “well I don’t know where you are”. Sigh… we told you we were 10 mins out. If we are driving to your clinic telling you we are 10 mins out… where do you think we are? Just in case it didn’t land, we told them we were in Issaquah, right by your CLINIC. Still could not give answers. Frustrated and scared, I politely gave up and wished them a good day. Please update your Google listing. Especially if you’re going to be telling people to use Google to find emergency vets, when you are listed as one. Be able to provide emergency vets addresses and phone numbers.Zero critical thinking or customer service skills from staff and an insanely impressive lack of empathy. Our pet is doing better, but this shouldn’t have happened. Hope things improve with your triage.
