Helping Paws Animal Hospital Reviews
The level of care and understanding is outstanding. The cost of care for many surgeries is so prohibitive and just not feasible for many. This facility aims to help remedy that with affordable care and incredible service.Everything is included in their fee, so no hidden charges when you pick up your baby. The follow up with my boy Onyx even needed some additional medication and was not charged. They called me right after he was done, and assured me everything went well as he was waking up.I have had many pets, and gone to many vets, this service was the absolute best experience I've ever had. Hopefully my fur babies won't need more surgery any time soon, but I will send all my friends and family here!

May 05, 2025 · Dave RolstonFor a long time now Dr. Kappel has been our primary vet for our animals at home. When we found out that she was opening this clinic with another extraordinary vet, Dr. Mack, we couldn't be more happy!About a year ago our sweet boy Tundra had a severe side-effect to a medication that resulted in some pretty major and dire liver issues. Through every step of his recovery Dr. Kappel was there and assisted us with all options and paths. She constantly checked in with us to make sure he was doing well and advised on anything we had questions with. I cannot stress enough how kind and compassionate she is, especially when a pet owner is going through some of the roughest times with their pet.Tundra thankfully made a quick recovery and continued to be the best boy anyone could ask for. :) (Cat photo tax included, of course!)
Jun 03, 2025 · DJYesterday, I had to rush my cat to the VET ER as I noticed something seriously wrong. They discovered that he had hair ties filling up his stomach, which was insane since I've never owned hair ties...I just couldn't believe it although I adopted him in February. The VET ER spot put me in touch with Paws because they are much more affordable than the VET ER, and they were able to take my baby into surgery right away. They saved his life, his stomach was full of hair ties for months prior to me adopting him and only resulted in a blockage late Saturday night. The entire team was so kind, so supportive, and reassuring. They even indulged me by letting me examine the contents removed outside to see just how insane the amount of foreign material that was inside of him.Dr. Mack performed the surgery and Savi + Beatrix were there for me every step of the way. I am unbelievably grateful to them because they are affordable, and honestly it's a bargain for what they did for me.I can't recommend them enough, I will absolutely take my baby there anytime I need to and I'm just so grateful they saved his life. He's my baby and he wouldn't be alive without their unbelievable team. Please rest assured that these folks will take excellent care of your furry babies and they will save your pet's life too. I wish I could give them all 6 stars! Thank you team, my cat is doing so well and it's all cause of you!!!!
Jun 03, 2025 · wickD_This place is absolutely amazing, our foster dog unfortunately had to have all her teeth pulled and they were so caring and really put a lot of work into helping her feel better. She's like a completely different dog now, running around and playing and actually wanting to eat! They reached out to make sure she was doing okay after the surgery and gave us updates throughout the day. Also the prices were so reasonable for that much dental work. I can't recommend this place enough.
