★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- They treated my new playful puppy and older "snippy" dog with such care. Prices are great. Very reasonable for the service you get. The vet assistant was so gentle trimming their toenails and giving them their vaccinations and Rabies shots. April 18 · Kathy Marines
- I’m really disappointed in the lack of empathy from their staff members. My dog has been seen there for years and I have seen them take walk ins. I called to try to be squeezed in for a follow up from an ER visit since I’m still having major concerns. The receptionist made ZERO attempts to try to help me. They recently put my dog on different meds and it could be as simple as adjusting those meds but she didn’t even offer to run anything by the veterinarian. June 27 · stacy hernandez
- CARE DOESN'T EQUAL THE $$$!!! Not WORTH IT! Took my dog here b/c he was having seizures, they provide his primary care, and they did blood work and didn't provide lab results or proper paperwork just a receipt. The emergency vet said they needed that paperwork to compare numbers and their were none. Asked them to evaluate my pet eyes and they refused saying that he was fine. He was suffering from vision loss. They didn't tell us nothing we didnt know but didn't provide the simple answers we needed. YOU CARE FOR YOUR DOG, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! April 09 · PRN Care
- Usually I have had a great experience with this place but today was not the day and your about to see why if you refer to the pictures attached. However the staff has great customer service and they have a great facility. August 29 · Mia Withers
- I was there to help a family member drop off her dog after complications that I believe were caused by fault on their end, and I received a rude attitude from everyone in that building. The receptionist was sarcastic and rude with me when i was obviously scared for the dog health, the vet tech showed no remorse and no compassion, especially in giving the devastating news, and the two front desk ladies were incredibly disrespectful. They were obviously staring and eavesdropping while my family member cried for her dog, who was like a baby to her. They ran to where the room was to then stand there doing nothing and run back when they felt me staring at them. It was obvious they were trying to be nosey and it was very disrespectful in this kind of situation. I would think out of all people, that people working at a vet would understand the most of how much someone could care for a pet. I would strongly suggest doing more research on other places instead of taking your pet here!!! March 26 · Amber Lopez
