Hillsboro Animal Hospital Reviews
Dr Triston Doyle is wonderful. Her expertise is in laser and acupuncture therapy. My 3.5 year old standard poodle was recently diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Disease . Regular medication wasn’t working as well as I had hoped. Once I heard Dr Doyle was joining Hillsboro Animal Hospital, I made an appointment with her. She’s very knowledgeable, professional , great personality and a jewel. She’s great with treating my dog and very experienced at keeping him happy with the treatments. I am so glad I found her.
Jul 04, 2025 · Sue McSwineyOur Looney family has a beautiful and chunky, Snowy Lola, bunny and for 7 years Hillsboro Animal Hospital has made sure that she is in good health! There aren't many that do "exotics" anymore so thank you Dr. Givens and your team for continuing to service our beloved small fur babies!
May 05, 2025 · Heather LooneyMy dog was an absolute menace during his visit. The vet, Dr. Garbarino and vet tech, Garland, were incredible at getting my pooch his necessary vaccines and immensely kind about the fact that my dog is maybe a bit high maintenance. I would 10/10 recommend this vet for compassionate, high value, and evidenced based care.Gosh, who trained this dog, anyway!?!
May 28, 2025 · Brian WardOur family has been bringing our beloved Chihuahua, Max to Hillsboro Animal Hospital for 16 years. We have always had the highest quality of service and care for our little guy. This week we had to make the decision to let go of our wonderful family member of 16 years. Our doctor that had been our care giver for Max had retired and I called Hillsboro and asked for an appointment. The front desk scheduled us to see Dr. Madeline Williams. We had never met Dr. Williams and just wanted someone that understood our situation and feelings about this day and offered their perspective and guidance. Dr. Williams spent an extended period of time with us listening about his conditions and hearing of our love for the best dog we have ever had. We all agreed that it was time to let go of our loved one. She and her assistant administered a sleeping sedative that allowed Max to be on my lap and he fell asleep. He was then euthanized with no pain. Dr. Williams gave us a hug and offered her condolences. We left with Max and took him home to be laid to rest in our back yard. Thank you Hillsboro Animal Hospital for the great care of Max that gave him such a healthy and long life and thank you Dr. Williams for your great care and understanding in this difficult time.
Jan 29, 2025 · Brad VaughnMy mother carries her dog while visiting to get her nails clipped. My dog is a very nervous dog and they do wonderful here. I have used them when I had dogs and loved the veterinarian I used too. They are a little pricey but very convenient and good. Staff is very friendly and good with animals there too.
