Jun 19, 2025 · Mikayla ShockeyI was not happy with the visit. I was expecting her lungs and heart to be listened to they weren’t. Maxine’s dewlap was inflamed doctor was guessing some infection. He gave me cream which is for dogs for my sensitive rabbit. I get home look at my receipt and it has instructions for ear cleaning my rabbit didn’t get an ear cleaning. I called and just like some of the reviews say they are rude and over talk when you have questions about what’s on your bill. I made the appointment and I was quoted $50 for a wellness check well it was $77 plus $17 for nail clipping and $35 for medicine that is for dogs plus a convenience fee when you use your credit card. I will gladly take her back to Cincinnati for better care.
May 12, 2025 · Kithern JonesJust wanted to share my experience this week at Key Animal Hospital. I received such great care, comfort and compassion from Dr. Yurko and his wonderful staff as my little baby 'Mama Kitty' crossed the Rainbow Bridge as I held her in my arms. 💔🌈🐾🥺🙏🏻
Feb 08, 2024 · Brenda GarzichAll of the staff at K.E.Y. Animal Hospital are very kind. Dr. Yorko is a kind and caring veterinarian. We had to have surgery on our dog for an amputation. K.E.Y. animal Hospital was thousand's of dollars less than hospitals elsewhere. The care they gave our dog was wonderful. They were so sweet with her. We have taken several of our other pets here. We have been very happy with the care we have gotten here. Trust them with your pet. They'll be in good hands.
