Dr. Petra has been very good with our animals (we have 4 cats). HOWEVER, during our last visit, my cat was prescribed 14 days of medication and his ears were also to be cleaned. I was shorted his medication (only given 1/2 of the dosage). I called and requested the remainder. I called and informed the receptionist. When I went back, they gave me the bottle and I was only given 1/2 AGAIN. This shorted my cat 3 days of meds. I called again and again told them of the issue. No apology - nothing. Furthermore, upon arriving home, his ears were still dirty. Even though we are satisfied with the Dr., we are unsure if we will be back due to the level of competency of the aids. - Dawn Hayes
