Frazer Veterinary Group Reviews
I've taken both my dogs here for years. I really appreciate how they treat your pets here... they are always so kind and gentle and it makes me feel extremely reassured that they will treat my dogs like their own, even if I am not there with them (surgery, etc.)
May 03, 2025 · abby delpMy name is Jessica. This crappy vet told google i wasnt a real review. THAT I WASNT a real person. I am real. The fact this office killed my dog is very real! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would period. it is taking me almost 4 years to write this review. because this veterinary office devastated my life! they ruined my life! On June 29th 2021 I dropped 2 boys off here to be fixed! they flat out murdered my service dog and laughed at me when they handed me back his body! Travis baker was an answered prayer from God himself!! He called me momma an said i love you. He didnt need a leash an was by my side everyday for 5 years. Until i had to take him an his brother to be fixed. I was truly terrified that something was going to happen to Travis that I canceled and reschedule this surgery twice. To which they reassured me that my boys would come home alive. The biggest slap in my face was while she was laughing and handing me back his dead body wrapped in plastic he was curled up like he died in fear!! My boy died scared an alone an his brother watched it all happen!! That boy is terrified by woman with black curly hair an glasses. Wonder why? she told me she wasn't gonna charge me for his surgery. As she was just laughing at me i dont remember that little blond girls name but i see her face everyday. that he bled out from His surgery while being left unattended and then they called me the next day to ask me how he was doing after his surgery. that literally made me vomit on my kitchen floor because how do you murder a dog,, Laugh about it and then call and ask how he is the next day. How poorly is your staff trained. How is it that a staff could act this way that they truly could be so unprofessional that they would ask about a dead dog they would make a phone call to inquire about how the dead dog was.. It cost me $680 to have that dog cremated I then 2 months later sold my car. Because i couldn't drive it anymore. I truly felt like i drove my boy to his death. This office flat out murders animals I have had 6 other veterinary practices in 2 states Look at his file and there is no reason that dog should have been dead they flat out did this on purpose it's cruelty you broke my heart and devastated me for what???? Because you didn't like me? I've got dash cam video of the pick up of my boys an adt video of the vet calling my yelling at me to stop crying an all the videos of me bring my boys home. 1 dead 1 alive. An my videos of Me bringing him home in a box!!Worst experience of my whole life....The picture of toby with his head cone still on after i got my boy back from the crematorium in his little wooden box with his picture on it. The second one is of his very expensive urn with my hand print on it because i couldnt hold him anymore.
Mar 12, 2025 · Pete MitchellI don't trust just anyone with my dogs. And at Frazer, they treat them as exactly what they are; family. They listen to what I have to say and work with me however I want them to. They work with separation anxiety, fear, make you as the pet parent feel calm, and eventually your pups too. They really make you feel welcome.
May 25, 2025 · Kristen SimpsonThese folks are not thorough. I spent 250 there and still had to take my dog to a different vet. She had pancreatic inflammation. Had I not taken her to that other vet, she would have died.
Jun 25, 2025 · Charles GrahamVery caring staff. I was well informed of my pet's condition and was given options as to how I could proceed. Very satisfied.
