★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Took great care of my cat since the end of May from a sacral blood clot, then fluid in left lung, then abscess in left leg. At every appointment the Dr. took time to explain the situation and explain how to care for my cat at home. All of the employees are very kind and helpful. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring Vet and practice. August 03 · Cynthia Sook-Rohlfs
- Not very happy about the treatment we got yesterday for our cat Bilbo! We spent about an 1.50 hours at this clinic and have not had any results on what is basically wrong with Bilbo! Was told he might be dehydrated because he has not eaten and has hardly drank anything. We told them we just wanted blood work done and said we don’t need x rays and also told them we are on a budget!Needless to say they did take x rays and did the blood work for a total of almost 700 dollars! Our cat is still not eating and barely drinking anything.I would really like to know how they justified the price when we were quoted the first time over 500 dollars and than they revised it to a little over 300 dollars! Than the final bill of almost 700 dollars! And we stilll have no answers and a sick cat!Don’t bring your pet here the place is a ripoff!!!Ok I have seen your response from the vet and we did call and told your who ever answered the phone what is going on with Bilbo and their only reply was we did all we could!!!Now our Bilbo is bleeding from his butt and cannot go to the bathroom! This was addressed yesterday and was only told he is dehrydrated ! Than was told that the vet that was there yesterday was not the regular vet but from someplace else!If you really want to help why dont you do the right thing and fix what you did not do right yesterday!Call us and take the right approach to fix a cat that is in severe pain from not being able to go potty!!!!! - I had to take my dog there as my regular vet was an hour away. Initially I was thankful they could squeeze him in the day of but it turns out he didn’t have much longer to live and the vet was not empathetic at all. He ended up having to be euthanized and the bedside manner of the staff was cold and detached. The vet made statements referencing storing my dog in the freezer over the weekend. I understand this would likely be protocol at any vet; however, the lack of compassion made an already sad situation even worse. May 03 · Joe Berry
- I am so heartbroken I can not begin to tell you. I brought me cat into your facility. I was told that he had pancreatitis and to bring him home and if he does not get better call them. They gave him a nausea shot and a shot of fluids because he was throwing up and had diarrhea. This morninig there was blood coming from his rectum and he having trouble passing stool. We paid over 600 dollars only to find they did not treat the problem. I would not reccomed any body take there amimal there. July 09 · Tammi
- Wonderful vet office. They take great care of my two cats. They try really hard to make my male cat at ease when he's anxious. August 12 · Alaina Vanatta
