Sep 18, 2024 · Nikki Camacho-BurrsJust moved to the area and had a good visit with the vet. Called for a prescription refill but there’s a mix up with not being able to fill a prescription over the phone because it was prescribed by a pervious vet and not re-prescribed during his visit here.Front desk person continued to got upset at my request and said that they would “Check with the lead tech and the vet” to which I replied “Okay, just let me know what they say.” She then got even more elevated saying that “I can’t ask them because there’s nothing we can do…”Really unsure about why she would offer to help and then take it back. It’s disappointing because I really liked the vet and my first interaction here but will not be using this clinic anymore given this interaction.
Jun 30, 2025 · BoI've been a cat owner most of my life and I have moved around the states of VA, MD, and PA. Finding a new veterinarian is always concerning. I hit the jackpot when I moved to Lancaster and found Dr. Lewis! He saw two of my elderly cats that have since crossed over the rainbow bridge. Kuma was not fond of people that weren't her human and was known to be a bit aggressive, but Dr. Lewis handled her in such a way that she was always well behaved at his office.I found Captain Jack outside as a kitten and he was very sick. Dr. Lewis performed a few necessary eye surgeries and took great care of him. Now he's a beautiful and healthy cat!I've since moved to Harrisburg and I wish it wasn't such a long drive to this office. The vet techs there were always incredibly friendly! As another review shared, Christal does stand out with the exceptional customer service that she provides. Pricing is very reasonable. I'm including a few pictures of Jack because it is amazing how far he's come and I appreciate that he was under great care!
Nov 17, 2023 · Mary Jane MooneyOur red eared slider "turtle" coocoo was sick , wouldn't eat , we were fearful we were gonna lose her. They got us in asap and she ended up having a blood infection. They were so caring , friendly and treated coocoo! She had to have two separate visits with a shot each visit and she is Healthier now then she has ever been. She is growing, she's so social , she so happy!! We now take our dog Ollie there! Totally recommend! Very reasonable rates , and makes helping animals a true priority
