Staff is friendly and professional, and the location is great. I've not always had the best experience with pricing. Vet visits are expensive, but I've taken my pets here for 15 years, and their prices have increased quite a bit. I don't know anything about inflation and vet costs, so I don't necessarily blame them, but I did just pay them $76 for cat vitamins and found out after that they are only $25 online. That's an unreasonable upcharge. Maybe things are changing over there. They very much used to be affordable. Hopefully, this is just a one-off. - Christal Seahorn
