I spent the morning with Safe Haven, as my older cat has been having respiratory issues. They were able to see me relatively quickly and help me get the necessary medication for my guy before I left! However, my 5-star rating mostly comes from their overall clear care for their patients. In the time that I was in the waiting room, they came out to frequently update their patients (myself and others) on their pets, ask questions, provide advice for financial help, and create a friendly and caring environment (which is so important when you’re bringing your pet in for help!) Additionally, I was able to leave my appointment, with medication in hand, for a significantly lower cost than other vets in the Houston area were projecting just for care alone. I highly recommend Safe Haven, especially for clients who may be lower income. Thank you Safe Haven team! - Caroline Puryear
