I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tricia and how grateful I am for her. I had to make the gut wrenching decision to put my 13 year old cat Charlie down due to cancer about 2 months ago. I was sad, scared, and questioning my decision often. Dr. Tricia thoroughly explained the process, answered every question I had, and never rushed me. When she came to my home she was so compassionate and kind through the entire process of putting Charlie down and made sure to explain everything and what to expect prior to doing anything. Her calming, kind presence helped give me a little comfort during this difficult time. She handled my boy with care and quickly got his ashes returned to me along with following up on how I was doing the next day. She also provided me with paw prints, locks of fur, nose prints, and a beautiful sympathy card. I cannot thank her enough and will always remember her kind reassuring words and the sweet hug she offered me before leaving my home. Thank you Dr. Tricia for making my a difficult time for me a tad bit easier 🐾 - Merissa Swinnerton
