★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can’t say enough amazing things about this vet. The level of care and their empathy and compassion are incredible. The prices compared to other vets are the most reasonable. We’ve had 3 dogs in their care, one just sadly crossed the rainbow bridge this morning and their special room for that service, the techs and doctor during this heartbreaking time were so sweet. They let us have as much time as we needed, we didn’t have to see any other patients waiting, we didn’t have to walk out in front of anyone else with tears streaming down our faces. Truly grateful we found this vet. Thank you to all the doctors and staff here who truly care about our furry family.
August 30 · Kimberly GranaI can’t recommend Lowell Animal Hospital enough! The vets are extremely knowledgeable, and every staff member—from the front desk to the vet techs—is so kind and caring. They truly go above and beyond for their patients. The facility is always spotless—I constantly see them cleaning and sanitizing to keep the environment safe and welcoming. I’m so grateful for the outstanding care they give to our dogs and puppies. We trust them completely!
April 25 · Cherry Lane DoodlesI brought my cat here for a second opinion after she developed an unusual complication from a previous surgery. From the moment we walked in, everyone treated her like their own. The staff was compassionate, patient, and answered all my questions, even when I had a lot. My cat was dealing with some odd issues, but the vets were always transparent, thorough, and considerate. I feel like we ended up meeting or talking to almost every veterinarian in the clinic, and each one was amazing. The vet techs were equally fantastic and went above and beyond for us. They were also incredibly understanding of my anxieties as a pet owner. The facility itself is beautiful. The staff works hard to get pets seen as quickly as possible. While they operate on a walk-in-only basis, I honestly think that is part of what makes them special because it shows their dedication to seeing as many pets as they can each day. Vet care will always come with a cost, but I think their prices are reasonable and absolutely worth it for the level of care they provide. I recommend this clinic to anyone who asks, and I doubt I will trust my pets with anyone else moving forward.I cannot thank them enough for everything they’ve done and will continue to do for my cat.
June 28 · Abbie WernerI’ve been taking my dog to Lowell Animal hospital for a few years and have been very happy with their care and the new facility is welcoming and spotless… but this review is about our family cat. Puma was 19 and his quality of life was decreasing rapidly and it was time to help him cross the rainbow bridge. I cannot speak highly enough about the whole process. Peaceful for Puma and peace for us. A week later I got a beautiful sympathy card from the staff, not just with signatures but messages written by each person, so very thoughtful! And a heart shaped seed to plant and grow wildflowers. Amazing. Can’t thank this team enough at Lowell Animal Hospital!!
July 12 · Tracy SteinhilberI’ve taken all my dogs to Lowell animal hospital and have always loved them. This past week I’ve had to take my 7 month old puppy in due to some type of infection he had that was causing a terrible decline in his health. Lowell Animal Hospital was very thorough with their care. My dog is getting so much better and is on his journey to amazing health. Things are looking up and I honestly can say somewhere else wouldn’t have cared so well for my pup like Lowell Animal Hospital did. I will continue recommending this amazing vet to everyone and will continue going back for checkups and treatment for my pups. Thank you to Beth, mal, Becky, aleigha, bobbi, dr.wise, and dr.radtke. I appreciate every single one of you for helping us during my pups stay and thank u to everyone behind the scenes I wasn’t able to catch ur names but I’m thankful my puppy is back home and getting better I couldn’t be more thankful.
