★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Very unprofessional place, They don’t like bully breeds. Treated my dog like trash because of his breed. Made us walk out the side door because he was to them crazy, 3000 dollar grand champion micro bully. Charged me 1132.36 for a iv and some antibiotics. Claimed it was an emergency and when we arrived they had nobody in there. Place is a sad excuse for a vet. The invoice is wrong. Didn’t spell names right. Money grabbers. Avoid this clinic. Very disappointed. Will follow up with the BBB and make a report of there negligence.
June 15 · Fred BurnesSo caring. You can tell when someone really cares and they do. They spend lots of time and make great suggestions for improving my pets quality of lifI have completely changed my opinion. After my 17 year old cat and spending $1000 dollars for tests done, the dr still wanted me to do more testing , $500 more after he never told me how bad his kidneys were. I had to ask someone and they told me how severe the kidney damage was, from age. I was IRATE. Seemed like all he wanted was more money. Don't get me wrong, I love my animals but in the long run you have to know when it's time and I could tell my boy was ready to go. It was obvious by his behavior and that look in his eyes. I had to make the most difficult decision that a pet mom has to make and I did NOT use Hanover for the procedure. Also, had I not asked, I would have not known I had a $100 credit to use. If you go to them, ask before you pay your bill if you have any credit. All in all, I loved all the techs, office people, and the drs, but was very disappointed in Dr. (the owner/male) whose name isn't on any of my paperwork. I will not be taking my other animals there anymore. RIP my boy
April 22 · Carol TancrediZero stars. My dog was put to sleep about 3 years ago at the Hanover Veterinary Hospital. As they were giving her a shot to get her ready to be euthanized, a tech came in and kept patting her hard the top of her head. I don't know why? Without concerns for my feelings, i was upset but i still had her cremated through them.Weeks went by. I called them to find out if she was ready to be picked up, and they said they had been calling me. I told them that no one had called me. I picked her up. I did not look in her box for several weeks to find out that it said: Mrs Lear I am sorry for your loss. My name is NOT Mrs Lear. I called the veterinary clinic again and asked them if they were calling Mrs. Lear and not me. I asked if I had the correct ashes, and they said: Yes you do." Why? I told them my name is not Mrs Lear again.. I feel like I have the cremations of the wrong dog. She said, "Oh no!" It was just probably the wrong card put in the box. Well, to this day, I still don't believe I have the ashes of my dog, and no one seemed to care.Don't go there..... They have no concern for you and no heart,
June 10 · DebbieHanover Veterinary Hospital has been wonderful to my boy, Eddie. He most recently had to have knee surgery and the care that he has received pre-op, day of surgery and post-op has been exceptional. April has offered constant/continued support & I credit her with Eddie’s smooth recovery. (She has been a wealth of information, and I am so grateful for her) Jake, Kelly and Katie have been especially wonderful and are always so incredibly good with Eddie. And Amy at the front desk is always so helpful and welcoming. (Truly — the entire staff there is fantastic. I’ve been so pleased with Eddie’s care) Highly recommend Hanover Veterinary Hospital to anyone needing veterinary care for their furry family members.
June 05 · Mary HurttBest Vet Clinic in this area!!! They are truly a "FEAR FREE" facility. Everyone from the doctors, the techs, the front desk and the manager are all very helpful and friendly.
