First of all, it's ridiculous how no one contacted me to inform me that the surgery would no longer be performed. Furthermore, the clinic shaved her paw down and put an IV for no reason; if I had known sooner, I would have picken her up. For no apparent reason, my dog sat traumatized. I understand that you had to do an emergency procedure, but we took time off work to ensure that we could arrange for her to be dropped off and picked up. I had scheduled the surgery for March 3rd, but several technicians have since informed me that the bloodwork is only valid for a month prior to the procedure. On February 14th, I took Missy for her blood panel and pre-op examination. Since there was no doctor, you guys called me back and rescheduled for February 26. The clinic is now claiming that she won't be able to have surgery until April, by which time she will probably be in her heat cycle. Why would you sign the certificate if you couldn't complete the procedure? I contacted the clinic on 2/27/25 and was booked for 3/10/25 after expressing the urgency of this appointment and talking to the manager. I am beyond livid as this is the fifth time we had to reschedule. They now told me via email that they will not be able to perform the surgery for 3/10/25 and it will be rebooked to 3/18/25. I will update this review under the conditions that they make it right and the surgery is complete. This whole encounter has been rediculous and super unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anybody in the future. - Blake0329
