The clinic and its team, led by a doctor, show a genuine and heartfelt concern for their patients and their human families. One of the most powerful highlights is the way they handle end-of-life care. A review from a client who had to say goodbye to their beloved pet describes an incredibly difficult experience that was made "comfortable" by the clinic's staff. The team’s willingness to provide the client with all the time they needed, and the subsequent sending of a "sweet card" expressing condolences, speaks volumes about their empathy and understanding of the human-animal bond. This level of personal and emotional support is a priceless feature that distinguishes them.
The clinic is also known for being well-organized and friendly. Customers have praised the team for their helpfulness and responsiveness. The efficient process for returning a pet’s ashes in a beautifully hand-carved box with a certificate, as noted in a review, is another example of the meticulous and caring service they provide. This attention to detail shows that they go above and beyond the standard medical services to provide a truly supportive experience for pet owners.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Very organized and very friendly. Doc has his team truly care about your pets. We had to put one of our babies down and it was the hardest experience of my life. They made us so comfortable and gave us all the time we needed with our baby before we left. It only took 4 days and we had her ashes back in the most beautiful wooden hand carved box with a beautiful certificate. Then a week later we received a sweet card from Doc and his team expressing their condolences. That meant so much. Any time we ever need anything they are always there to help us.
April 12 · Nichole ChurchesThey will not take patients they have not for two years despite offering a 3 year rabies shot and did not notify when the rabies shot was up for renewal nor when animal is not considered a patient there anymore.
July 18 · Madison RuthruffA wonderful vet clinic. Friendly staff and very reasonable price. They are super fast!
May 08 · Natalia BealBeen going to this veterinarian for 15 years and I went in today cuz my cat was sick and they would not see him so I will no longer be going to Mason veterinary because they don't really care about the animals.
