★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I brought my kitten to them because I am local and they were the only place that could get me a rushed visit. But please don't bring your pets here, and read the one star reviews. Based on my experience, they were aggressive, hateful, and unprofessional. To start, the place was very dirty and smelt of urine. They did get us back into a room right away. Good thing because while waiting fights were breaking out in the waiting room that sounded like animals were getting hurt. Also, we must of been close to a staff break room because we heard members talking horribly about us and other patients. Giving full identifying information.Once a veterinary technician entered the room, she scared my kitten. Naturally, she did hiss and raise her back. The response from the technician was she "doesn't touch black cats." Refused to assist in putting my kitten on the scale. Still stating i need to do it because my cat looked scary. After she left I heard further negative comments about my kitten being said in the staff room. When the veterinarian entered the room, she reported " I'm not scared of black cats," and slammed my baby onto the table. Aggressively then starting treatments without my consent or explaining what was happening. (Shoving things into her butt)They were very offended when I refused any further treatment for my kitten and left. Stating " what's wrong with that lady". And that i "wasted their time." Continously referring to my female kitten as a male and saying no other clinics would accept treatment because I refused to let them give her shots. That is not true as I've been a pet owner my entire life and got her into a much better place a couple of weeks later. Do not support this clinic and I did not have the doctor many glowing reviews are talking about.
August 17 · JenDr David Lee, assistant Stephanie, and Donna the receptionist were awesome with my 15yr old pit mix. So glad my neighbor told me about this place. Will definitely be back.
April 28 · bill corneliusI went there today, and to say I was a pain in the butt is an absolute understatement. The details of it are basically unnecessary to share, but the staff continued to maintain a demeanor of absolute professionalism and worked with me to be able to take care of my pet based on my personal wishes and concerns. They answered all of my questions, even repetitive ones, and were able to squeeze in an ultrasound despite the doctor not having time for it. They even very kindly tolerated my incredibly obnoxious children (I honestly tried). While aspects of the visit were incredibly upsetting, they walked through everything with me and helped me to figure things out to make the best decision for my pet. The interior and exterior of the building were clean and very well kept. While going to the vet is almost never cheap, I had called around and they were the most realistic in pricing compared to other vets in the area. I did find cheaper prescriptions on Chewy.com (my pet had 3 prescribed today), so that is something I'd suggest being prepared to look up if you are prescribed medication, but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and always encourage people to ask questions and advocate for your pets!
August 20 · Kari ReganHad a great experience today. Dr. Kindra was very knowledgeable and patient, and the vet tech was extremely helpful and kind assisting my 12 year old golden retriever. He had mobility issues but everyone was very patient and accommodating. We’ve been coming to this vet for many years but today was one of our best visits!
June 18 · Jackie DumkeDr. Kindra is amazing. Highly recommend. He really cares about his patients. We’ve been getting the allergy injections but he switched us over right away to a daily med and my dog is like brand new. No more ear infections and redness. I’m posting photos to show the redness difference of when we rescued him 6 months ago to now. He’s like a different dog. Thanks for helping our little meatball.
