MedVet Silicon Valley Reviews
I took my dog to MedVet last night when I could not stop a bleed in his paw. I walked in carry my dog and left a significant trail of blood from the door to the front desk. Everyone was so nice and helpful and said not to worry about the mess I had just created.Within 10 minutes I was meeting with two wonderful staff who had stopped the bleeding. Thereafter, no more than 10 minutes later, I met with a very caring Vet. She double checked to make sure there were no issues to address. When I went to pay, there was no charge! I was so shocked and pleasantly surprised.Everyone deserves kiddos, from the poor staff who had to pull out the mop and bucket to clean up the mess to the wonderful Vet staff. I will be making a donation to MedVet!Thank you from me and my dog Alex!!!! 🥰
Jun 01, 2025 · Mary MaguireWe hadn’t been to MedVet in 5 years and were expecting the old office, but they moved to this new office! Very spacious! Staff and Doctors took great care of pup. Will definitely return!
Jul 11, 2025 · Elisa TharpWe had to take my family’s senior pup to the ER one night. She had been diagnosed with Cushing’s disease earlier this year and her health had started decliningvery fast when we brought her in. The vet was very understanding and took their time to explain all our options. Unfortunately, we thought it was best to put her down. It was super hard on our family, but the staff made the experience as comfortable as possible. All the staff were so compassionate and even after our visit was over we got a card from their office. Truly the best experience I had with any vet staff, especially considering the circumstances. Thank you to the whole team, for making our last moments with Lola as special as it could be.
Jul 14, 2025 · Yvette VacaIt's 24 hrs! Life Saver! Super expensive. Totally worth my Cody's life. Thank you. He's on his 3rd life! 1 save from Med Vet - total urinary block. And they let me come and see him while under treatment. Meant the world to me. He just got a tumor/ boney lesion shaved off his leg.So far , so good. My kitty is still breathing and walking. We'll see what the overall outcome is.Everybody wants you to praise them before the end result. I believe in this facility and I pray for the best result. I haven't been let down yet.
Feb 09, 2025 · Julie HiltonWe’ve taken our one dog to MedVet Silicon Valley for emergency care, cardiology, and oncology and have had positive experiences with all three specialties. Our primary vet referred us to MedVet Silicon Valley over Sage for oncology because she said they have the best CT machine in the area, so we feel lucky that it’s right down the street from us.Everyone from front desk staff to techs to doctors have been professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Special shout out to Dr. Reich and the oncology team and Dr. Chan and the cardiology team. We’ve felt very supported throughout two cancer diagnoses and cardiology work ups and the ultimate decision to just prioritize our pet’s quality of life and comfort at home.
