Mount Laurel Animal Hospital Reviews
I can if I can give this hospital a zero store I would but unfortunately, I had to put a star down. I’m here tonight for my cat. I’ve been a customer of this hospital for a very long time at least two years or a little longer. My dogs have poor and I ended up paying close to 16 or $18,000 for both of my dogs. Then I ended up paying 4000 for my puppy again and then I ended up playing again and again and the doctor that just saw the cat was so unprofessional. She literally said my cat almost probably gonna die at home. I thought this hospital They don’t deny care my cat needs care urgent and it’s not like they’re not getting paid as they can see that I am good with payments. I just have a payment of 300 and something dollars because I close my bank account and I have a new bank account and I wasn’t able to make that payment today and they wanted a down payment it’s all about money money money, money money they don’t care about the dogs here they don’t care about the cats any animals they care about in this money This will be the last time that I will come here. This doctor treated me like I was some piece of trash like I don’t deserve this and my cat deserve this so I’m taking my cat home and then she really had the nerve to tell me I can get the medication at a human pharmacy. I told her no you can give me the medication that you have here because they’ve given it to me here before I don’t know what’s her problem but the experience I had on here today it was horrible and I don’t wish it on nobody. It’s terrible the way they treat these poor animals And the way they treat us one person mess it up for everyone else and that’s not right. I wish that I can speak to the owner because this is not acceptable the way that she was treating me and talking to me never again I will come to this hospital. And I was a great customer and I always felt good about this hospital until this bad experience I had to today. It was horrible. Hopefully my cat is going to be home. Hopefully my cat doesn’t die because they could not leave her overnight and they could Not give her anything to pass whatever she has in her belly
May 19, 2025 · Brenda NegronMy dog Riley had a fungus in her nose and it really wasn’t looking good. She lost all her energy, and just seemed constantly depressed. Victoria Byfield and Mount Laurel Animal Hospital changed her life. The care was phenomenal, they checked in on her constantly, it was so nice to have a team truly care. If I could give it 6 stars out of 5 I would. They were THAT great.
Apr 16, 2025 · Brett EisenbergReagan receives top notch care at MLAH! He has been a primary care patient for years and has donated blood many times. He has also used their emergency services. Every experience is a 10/10 and I couldn’t feel better about trusting MLAH with my boy’s health. They treat him like a king at every opportunity and he genuinely looks forward to going there.
Feb 21, 2025 · Jill RohlfsI have been to Mount Laurel Animal Hospital on a couple of different occasions. The first occasion was with my border collie/husky, Jackson. He had been playing fetch and tried to catch a stick that just hit the ground and it pierced the back of his throat. They took excellent care of Jackson, gave him the needed care and medication, and he was good as new in no time. The second occasion, more recently, was our 1.5 year old lab mix, Roo. She had stopped barking, was breathing heavy, and would lose energy in the middle of playing, which were all completely out of the normal for her. She also had a weird "bubbly" feeling under her skin on her chest near left front leg. We went in at 8pm and spent most of the night there. This was understandable because it was not an emergency case and, in a triage setting, other situations had to take priority. Roo is extremely anxious in any situation outside of our home (something we are working on), but especially with vet visits. She shakes like a leave in a hurricane and is reactive to other dogs and people. They were understanding of that, brought her in through a back door directly to an exam room, and did everything they could to make her comfortable. Dr. Gadawski was great! She discovered that Roo had a puncture or tear in her trachea (likely from the wire she had recently chewed through) and that this was allowing air to leak out of her windpipe. She set a treatment plan, prescribed the needed medication, and invited us to come back in a week for a check up. As of writing this review she still has another week of medication left, but Roo is back to her old self of playing, barking, and harassing her older brother, Jackson.MLAH offers emergency care, which is what we have used it for, but they also offer urgent care and primary care. From what I read they also offer in-home care for those whose pets can't or prefer not to travel. We will be switching to use MLAH as our primary veterinary care for our pets. It is a bit of a drive for us, but their care, capacity, and capability are well worth the drive. Thank you MLAH!
Apr 16, 2025 · Shane RossDr. Shanna is a lifesaver for our dog, Trooper. She takes the time to understand his global fear challenges and provided expert, compassionate guidance that progressed Trooper well beyond our expectations. Her tailored approach helped us support him in ways we never could have on our own. She genuinely cares about both pets and their families, and we are so grateful for her help. Our pets and our own quality of lives have significantly improved and continue to do so.
