Noble View Veterinary Clinic Reviews
My dog has just passed away and I feel it is necessary for me to share my experience with Noble View Vet clinic. They ultimately neglected to perform basic tests, misdiagnosed my dog’s illness, and preformed unnecessary surgery that caused him more harm.I went to Dr. Arnett after finding what looked like a lesion above my dog’s canine tooth. Prior to the appointment, the “lesion” had ruptured, resulting in an episode of excessive bleeding. I took photos. The amount of blood was incredible and it was very important that she understood how much bleeding had happened.Dr. Arnett reviewed the pictures.Dr. Arnett then took one look at Coach’s mouth and stated “I need to get that tooth out right away.” I asked if we needed a biopsy, as I was worried that the lesion could be cancer. Dr. Arnett assured me that it was an abscess and he needs it out ASAP. We were promptly scheduled for a tooth extraction two days later. After we got home from his surgery, I looked in his mouth and saw that his tooth was gone and his “abscess” was much larger. No after-surgery follow up appointment was made so I called the next morning and voiced all of my concerns to Dr. Arnett, she told me I could come in later that day for my “peace of mind.” I was informed the tooth pulled was completely intact without any decay or infection.Confused, I asked again if this could be cancer and I was told it was not and that she had Dr. Noble look at the lesion and she agreed, not cancer.Dr. Arnett also mentioned Coach lost a lot of blood during surgery. I was told to continue the antibiotics, and that the lesion would get smaller by Monday.Over the weekend, Coach continued bleeding and the lesion kept growing.I brought him back on Monday and Dr. Arnett said it looked worse and my dog needed to be put back under for a biopsy. I was very concerned for him to go under anesthesia twice in 1 week after losing so much blood.I brought Coach to Brighton Animal Clinic for a second opinion the next morning. They did a CBC blood panel and showed that Coach only had 5.6% hemoglobin. We were immediately rushed to an emergency vet in Louisville for a blood transfusion because he had lost so much blood. After 1 hour at the emergency vet, I was informed Coach’s “abscess” was actually Melanoma.I had make the horrible decision to put Coach down the next day due to the blood loss and his diagnosis. He died in pain from an unnecessary surgery. He died of blood loss.He died with misdiagnosed cancer that should have been caught a week earlier. The negligence and inability to follow basic medical protocols is inexcusable. I trusted Noble View with my dog’s life but wont ever make that mistake again. The $1,100 I spent at Noble View covered the cost of the flowers they sent me after I informed them that he was dead.
Mar 24, 2025 · jessica raymerI can’t say enough good things about this veterinary office. They saved our cat’s life. They had her in within 20 minutes of me calling and had to put her under urgently. They were so quick and caring. We will be forever grateful for the care we received.
Apr 21, 2025 · Mac AriannaWe have been to a few other vet's in Georgetown before coming to Noble View. The last one just kept increasing prices until I decided to find another vet. The Georgetown mom's group suggested Noble View and I am so grateful! Our first visit was an emergency for a new (to us) dog. They were able to get us in within hours even though we were a new patient. The prices of everything we have done have been very reasonable. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. One note...we have seen a different doctor each time. All have been great but if you want consistentcy, you might need to ask for the specific vet you want.Overall, I feel like Noble View is in the business because they love animals and aren't trying to gouge customers who need to get care for their fur babies. This is both refreshing and appreciated!

Dec 20, 2024 · dawn walkerMy name is Paige charles i am a. real service dog handler with autism and a disorder, I have a service dog named Bojangles i love taking my highly trained service dog to noble veterinary clinic i have to say the staff and employees. There are so very friendly and very kind people. They are very understanding and polite i've taken Bojangles before 2 a couple other veterinary clinics. But it turns out that they were not as good as noble. Veterinary clinic noble veterinary clinic. I would recommend taking service animals too that are highly trained. Under the americans with disabilities act ADA my service dog is classified as a service dog and is a well Behaved and potty trained service dog never would she give veterinaries issues? She's a very relaxed and sweet service dog she's my autism service dog and helps me with a lot of my anger issues to keep me calm when I'm going to go into a temper tantrum out in public, she will alert to that and try to keep me calm whenever I am feeling stressed or overwhelmed or having a lot of anxiety she hopes. To keep my heart rate down without it spiking up to a point where I get sick and pass-out and end up in the hospital last year, I was diagnosed with seizures as well iI have seizures when I am really really . Ill my service dog has under gone wonderful training these past couple years i know what I'm doing as a service Dog handler training my own service dog sometimes it's hard for people to believe that your dog's a service animal because of its behavior and how well-behaved it is i i think as a service dog handler that all businesses and veterinary clinics need to know the ADA law about service animals and need to follow the americans with disabilities act it's against the law and illegal if businesses do not educate on service animals and do not understand service animals at all. And assume that they are pets when they are not pets. They're highly trained medical equipments that do special jobs for people living with disabilities
