June 30 · Kim WDo not take your animal here if you have any interest in your pets well-being. I heard this was the place to take birds, so I drove 40 miles for my bird. I was told the vet who would be seeing him was non- verbal. Fine. What I was not told was that the vet and the techs had no intention of listening to any of my requests. I was very firm on being in the room with the vet while my bird was being treated. They took him away from me and did the treatment anyway after I told them not to. If a vet can not interact with customers, they have no business in a veterinary office.Never ever take your pet here! I was very, very unhappy.
November 05 · Amy MansellCalled to see if I could bring my sick bird in and the girl on the phone said they weren’t accepting any new animals. My bird died the next day.
