July 17 · Janet James-OwensI’ve had nothing but good experiences with Dr Offutt and his helpers 🥰 George developed an ulcer which then bust. He had to have his eye removed.
April 30 · Melissa KellyDear Dr Offutt & Sara at the front desk. I want to thank you Dr Offutt for taking care of our dog Oliver since we moved here last year in April. You and your veterinary assistants have always been kind and caring about Oliver’s allergies and teeth cleaning. I am sorry to say we will not be returning due to the continued rudeness of Sara at the front desk. My experience with her has been poor until today when it became UNACCEPTABLE. I left a voicemail on Friday when the office was closed and received no return call on Monday afternoon. I drove to the office from Niota to pick up medication for Oliver and arrived to find Sara on the phone on a business call with a vendor, she barely acknowledged that I was there while she was being short and snotty on the phone with the vendor I quietly and patiently played with her dog Honor over the counter when she ended the call she never said good morning and acted bothered that I was standing at the counter when I asked for the medication she said they didn’t have it and I could order from website with more attitude
March 24 · Sharon HostetlerIt has been just over 1 yr since my full blood has had a rabies shot. The front desk girl tells me they’ll require her to get a wellness check before she can receive her rabies shot. This could have easily been a courtesy when I spoke to them last week when I scheduled the appt. I know very well what my dog needs and she’s finely taken care of, so either do what I’m paying you to do, or you won’t get my business. I left. That was a bit shady. Why would you make a body drive the whole way there, or take time off work, or whatever else may be the case just to throw something menial like that on them that could’ve been checked beforehand as a good gesture? Unbelievable.
March 03 · Michael ElliottI have went to most veterinary clinics in McMinn county for my little ones. This is by far the best one I've seen so far. I had an emergency situation occur with Lacy. He took my Lil Lacy in when other clinics kept trying to setup an appointment even though I was explaining that it was an emergency that she wouldn't live that long. His office had me bring her immediately and after he checked her, she was rushed for emergency surgery. He did everything possible to try and save my little Lacy but she never awoke from the surgery. Dr. Offuts cares for your Lil family member. And his staff were very friendly. I have finally found a doctor for my babies. I wish to thank him and his staff for all they tried to do for my babygirl and for me afterwards, when all others wouldn't.
