Old Ridge Veterinary Hospital Reviews
The Vet goes above and beyond, he even called back after hours for a concern. He helped us through the euthanasia process for our 14 year old girl, and looked at all options to keep her well. He was honest and thoroughly helpful. We are now bringing our puppy to him and it’s been a great experience every trip ! Definitely a Vet you can trust !
Apr 04, 2025 · Anne KeenerAfter months of begging vets to see my giant senior Dane, Cricket, Old Ridge finally said what no one else would: “Sure, bring him in!” Every other place basically ghosted us once they heard his age and size. The staff here? Angels. Especially the young woman at the front desk—10/10 vibes. She even called just to make sure the vet could reach me, which is more communication than I’ve had from some family members. The young gentleman there was absolutely a sweetheart as well when we spoke. The vet saw Cricket, pulled blood the same day, and had him cleared for surgery the next week. The surgery went great—and here’s the kicker—it didn’t cost me a kidney. Other places were quoting me $5K to $8K before even looking at him.Old Ridge is better than every vet I’ve dealt with, including emergency ones. Highly recommend. Would give them 6 stars if I could—and so would Cricket (if he had thumbs).
Apr 23, 2025 · Candice GuthierDr. Tancredi and his team are wonderful. They took their time to listen to our issues with our cat and dog and found the best solution for everyone. We are so grateful… highly recommend their office! Thank you so much!
May 23, 2025 · Korina BrettschneiderAll the staff were friendly and helpful. They scheduled my visit quickly and went above and beyond to make sure my pup was healthy. Thanks to the whole Old Ridge team for your excellent care!
Jun 21, 2025 · L EEvery rude front desk service. was EXTREMELY rude to my staff for requesting paperwork. worst person i’ve spoken to. said it wasn’t her “job” to fetch us paperwork. conveniently didn’t tell us her name either. very unprofessional.edit: I am allowed to protect my staff from unnecessary hostility. I will be leaving my review up, as it seems to still be true. since my store was then harassed for my comment. My employee was very kind over the phone and your front desk staff mentioned nothing about needing owner permission. She barely even got out the pet’s name before being berated with attitude and rudeness. Which we also had owner permission but we weren’t able to explain that since she wasn’t given the chance to speak. Very unprofessional of you to call my store instead of reaching out to me privately if this review truly upset you. It takes 0 energy to be nice! I recommend a different vet if you’re looking for one! :) have a wonderful day.
