★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The staff here is amazing, and they truly care about your animals. We ended up making the decision to switch our primary care office to Pilchuck because of the attention and care we got after unfortunately having to visit the ER for our puppy. While I see a lot of reviews complaining about the cost, I believe you get what you pay for. Yes, they are more costly than our previous vet, however we have received better care, and more attentive veterinarians. Empathy and compassion go a long way. It can be hard to find a vet who cares about your animals as much as you do - and we truly feel taken care of here with our dog their priority. His care is priceless to us and I would rather have him in safe and loving hands, than save a few hundred dollars. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
August 24 · Clare DillardHad our cat dramatically decline in health in a matter of hours and took him to Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital late that evening. For the two days he spent there the staff was responsive and proactive in finding the source of his issue and keeping us updated! All the staff we worked with were kind and knowledgeable and got our cat healthy and home quickly! Prices were fair and well explained to us throughout the process. Very happy with our experience and absolutely recommend!
August 29 · William WiegandThe staff at the front desk and the nurse who took our dog’s vitals was amazing. After checking in I was told the wait was 2 to 3 hours. I waited and waited. After two hours I was told I would meet with someone. I did, two nice ladies who took my information on the dog. I was told it would be a couple of minutes and I would see the doctor. One hour later she came in to take the dog for his blood pressure. One hour later as I sat in this room she came back to say they had more urgent patients to deal with and no guarantee when my dog would be seen. Based on his vitals and behavior they didn’t have time for him.I was so disappointed that my dog meant so little. He has been showing signs of a blockage. Throwing up worms. He is two years old. He was excited. We had to go elsewhere. So disappointing. I sat there and never saw a dog come in that was in distress.
August 30 · Jeanne PelanHello allI want help with some transparency like others. Prices seem high you all can be the judge. My 90lb lab was brought in being injured severely.Spinal injury X-ray $850.Some pain meds in ER, waiting for X-ray and results (about 90 minutes.) $850.Final determination after this was euthanize $360 because of him never being able to walk. Possibly some injury not seen until at least $30K was spent.Take care pet lovers...
August 18 · 77greengiantOutstanding veterinary care for our dogs! Highly recommend. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The care at Pilchuck is simply top flight and we’ve faced critical health issues with our dogs. They’ve literally made the difference between life and death for one of our Goldens. Incredibly grateful for the team and shout out to Dr. Murphy.
