I can’t speak for all of the vets there. But Dr brown was very insensitive when caring for my cat. I brought my cat in for behavior/anxiety issues and was searching for another opinion (I usually take my cats to eagles nest) when I brought my cat into the office I had already prior had his history faxed over from eagles nest vet, I was told to wait in my car for 45 minutes when my appointment was booked for 4pm. The vet assistant later called me after 45 minutes saying we will not see your animal due to his history at eagles nest we do not feel safe and would need to have him sedated to even take a look at him. Keep in mind, when I had called to make this appointment they knew everything and said they would put it in the note and take Extreme precautions and look at my cat. Finally after pleading to the vet to see my cat and waiting an hour Dr Brown said he would have a look and I was allowed to go in and bring my cat inside. Once inside he kept telling me how my cat was a liability due to his aggression I will not put me or my staff at risk without sedating him. Dr brown urged I should just put my cat down repeating how he is a liability without asking about any internal or external factors of what could be causing my cat all of his anxiety and aggression. The only thing he kept mentioning was for safety you should put your cat down. He was very personal and made remarks such as “you don’t want your boyfriend to leave you for your cat attacking him.” I have never been more displeased with a vet service in my life. He was incredibly insensitive, asked 0 questions about his history and was so fast to resort to euthanasia to my cat. I left with paying a $70 consultation fee for a vet just insisting me to put down my cat and if I was against euthanasia to drop him off at a farm so he can be a barn cat. I will never be brining any of my animals to this clinic ever again. I truly think they are insensitive to their patients and patients loved ones. - Shania Howard
