It is important for potential clients to be aware of the provided review regarding an emergency situation. While the positive review highlights efficient routine care, the negative review concerning a tragic emergency outcome and perceived communication issues indicates areas where the clinic's emergency protocols and client communication could be subject to scrutiny. Transparency and clear communication, especially during high-stress situations, are critical in veterinary care. Future clients should consider discussing emergency procedures and communication policies with the clinic to ensure their expectations align with the services provided, particularly for complex or critical cases.

Palmer Veterinary Clinic: Mccarter Sarah DVM Reviews
Our Wallace 2 years old had an emergency where he was having trouble going to the bathroom on day 1 the next morning Wallace was in distress alert. We went to Palmer Sarah MCCarter was attending to WallaceMy family and I went into a private room 25 mins later Sarah comes and tells us Wallace is OK we got the catheter to his bladder and we are draining his bladder. He needs to stay here for 3-7 days and we have to change diet we did. We were so happy no more than 10 mins later Sarah comes back in Wallace had died. He died from stress. We were and still are in shocked. Something didn’t seem right. I had a 350 bill told me to pay or Wallace will not be released to us it was horrible.I ended up getting his medical record. It turns out that they have Wallace dexdomitor which is a sedative he had an allergic reaction and Wallace died of respiratory and cardiac arrest. They also were giving him a antisdan to reverse the reaction. We were lied to in how he died the communication was far from right.Nobody wants to take any type of accountability. We are so heart broken for our loss.Wallace was our daughter’s cat who brought her so much joy and happiness. Wallace was her support cat for panic and anxiety. We want Justice for Wallace and we will not stop fighting until we do so. We love you WallacePlease be careful going there. They might be good for general things for animals but certainly not for emergencies.
