Points East Veterinary Specialty Hospital Reviews
When we were in town staying at my son‘s house for Christmas, our 13-year-old Pomchow was attacked by a larger neighbor dog. We brought her here. They did x-rays and found that she had several broken ribs. They told us that she wasn’t gonna make it. They gave her pain medicine and made her comfortable. They were extremely kind to us and her. She passed before we could see her again. They brought her to us in a private comfortable room and we had as much time with her as we needed. The staff showed care and compassion. Not only that, but we weren’t overcharged in our time of emergency. A week later, my daughter received Daisy’s ashes. They were in a nice wooden box, and they included a paw print that the Hospital had made before cremating her. It was an immensely thoughtful gesture from a place that understands how much our pets are also family.
Jan 14, 2025 · Rebecca BurgessAfter 3 vets in my area told me they couldn’t perform the surgery on my dog I was recommended to points east. From the moment I walked into their facility until 3 weeks post op I had nothing but a pleasant experience. The staff and doctors were top notch. Everything was laid out in front of me, what needed to be done, when it needed to be done, and how it was going to be done. Without the help of Doctor Brady and his team of doctors and staff at points east my dog would not be here today.
May 15, 2025 · Geno MalliaUnfortunately had to put my sweet Holly to rest after 11 and a half years and battling Diabetes for 2 and a half years. The staff was so compassionate and so accommodating to our needs for this difficult decision. I can’t express enough how grateful and appreciative I am for the care we received from the staff.
Jun 08, 2025 · Nikki BaileyWords cannot express how grateful I am to these folks, especially Dr. Brady. My sweet three legged dog came with an extremely complicated case, and after careful assessment, they found a way to save her one remaining hind leg. It’s been over a year since the procedure, and her quality of life is great for a disabled dog. The surgeon and techs are angels. Thank you for saving my animal companion!
May 14, 2025 · Elizabeth HWe visited for the first time with our family dog who had been bitten by a copperhead. Nurse Kristen greeted us by immediately getting on the floor with our pup and loving on him. She immediately gave us an overview and relieved our initial fears. Although everyone at this office was very nice and professional, we will return solely because of our experience with Kristen. She is the best of the best. She treated us and our pup like family, gave very clear explanations and instructions, and gave us all the time we needed. Thank you Kristen!
