Quartet Veterinary Specialty Hospital Reviews
Dr. Gallagher did a fantastic job on my dog's paw surgery - removing a massive growth and amputating a digit. He literally gave her new life, and we are so appreciative. Deducting one star though for charging approximately $40 for bandage changes at her follow up appointments. After spending almost $4k on surgery, they should cover the bandage change fees. Also was told the cost was minimal and only for materials, but materials used were at most $2.
Jun 20, 2025 · Alice MagnusonI have had many experiences at Quartet and I am here to tell you this clinic is amazing (Veterinary extern, referring veterinarian and client with my dog Barklee for rehab). The front desk staff is friendly and always answers the phone. The staff is prompt when bringing me back and most important to me is Barklee seems to love it there. We’ve worked with Amanda a few times now and it makes my heart happy to see how excited she is to work with Barklee and I can tell Barklee feels less stressed around her! I will forever refer my patients here and I only have positive things to say. The care we get is admirable :)
Dec 31, 2024 · brooke scudderI brought my cat Felix to Quarter for him to receive overnight after surgery care. They did a wonderful job taking care of my dear baby boy. The doctor explained to me what kind of care he would be receiving and how long his recovery could take. They called me first thing in the morning to let me know he was doing well and eating food once again. They spoon fed him baby food to get his appetite up. The techs at the front desk were also friendly and professional. They helped me to get the payment for his services sorted. Very great practice. I will definitely come here if one of my pets needs their services again.
Apr 18, 2025 · SamanthaQuartet changed my dog Bruce’s life. In June of 2023, we found him wandering around emaciated and scratched up in Raleigh with a malformed leg. He was almost hit by a car before he jumped into my partner’s arms and we took him home. After two weeks of no one coming forward to claim him, we took him in (easiest decision of our lives). It took us a year, but we were finally able to get him on the schedule for surgery with Quartet.Dr. Gallagher, his team, and the entire staff of Quartet were better than we could have ever hoped for. Not only was the work done on Bruce’s leg nothing short of genius, but everyone was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. If we ever need specialized surgery again, Quartet will be our number 1 choice every time. They are truly miracle workers.
Sep 07, 2024 · Victoria “Tori” FetnerRecently visited the emergency facilities at Quartet late on a Sunday night. Our senior dog was in distress and everyone was so empathetic and knowledgeable. They made our scared dog comfortable and we were able to take her home after treatment. Dr. Shannon Raboin, the veterinarian was wonderful and took so much time to explain what our dog was experiencing. She has made a full recovery. We have used this practice over the years for other dogs including surgery and a puppy that was bitten by something which caused facial swelling. Each time we were completely satisfied with the quality of care. They are amazing.
