★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Literally the BEST animal hospital! I have 2 11 yr old Vizslas and I have brought them here for years and had multiple surgeries plus all their regular care. I trust Dr Echolds completely and have been very pleased with their level of care, the facility and theircustomer service. Thanks for loving my pups like your own!
October 08 · Michael FlemingThere are amazing people here who genuinely care about our cats. Our experience here is always great, and we love that they are so close to our condo. I would 100% recommend coming here for your pets as well.
August 29 · Johnny HodgeRancho Niguel animal Hospital has been taken care of our pets two German Shepherds for the past 13 years. Up until today the experience has been good. Although expensive, very expensive. Which we were okay with due to the care that we were receiving. Then came today, June 30, 2025. Our oldest German Shepherd who is 13 years old has progressively lost his ability to walk well with his back legs. On Friday, it has progressed to the point where he cannot walk without assistance us holding up his backend. And today, even with that assistance, he still struggles to even stand up. We were able to schedule an appointment first thing this morning for 4 o'clock today. I showed up 15 minutes past our time. And as I explained to the receptionist, it was due to the fact that I had to carry this hundred and plus pound German Shepherd into the car which was a bit of a struggle to say it lightly. While he was vomiting along the way which delayed my arrival. Upon arrival, I was told I would have to reschedule as I miss my window. They clearly saw me carrying my dog in Zeus and could clearly see that the dog also had vomited on their floor as well. Needless to say he is in critical care condition. When I expressed that rescheduling would not be possible and that he would need to be seen the receptionist then went to her manager. The receptionist returned only to tell me again that we would need to reschedule regardless of his condition. They call themselves an animal hospital. Don't don't kid yourself into thinking this is a hospital that has a heart. I was literally blown away that they could allow me to walk out that door after taking care of our dog for 13 years in the condition that he is currently in. It's abominable and I really would encourage anyone considering to utilise their services moving forward to be careful and know their options. This will be the last time we will ever have any of our pets cared by this facility or these veterinarians that would allow this situation to occur.
June 30 · William DunnWe love going to this vet! Even if my poor pup is slightly afraid of this place, we know they treat her with care and want what’s best for all of us, especially her. They never are adamant about services or medications but always give us the best options. All of the staff are great and knowledgeable and we really enjoy Dr.Echolds. Highly recommend!
May 28 · Taylor ReynoldsWe've been coming to Dr Echold since we moved to Orange County 10 years ago. At the time we had a boxer dog and a cat and I guess I got lucky picking the best vet the first time. What's to like? Someone always answering the phone. Caring staff. Most of all, a compassionate, professional, kind, no pressure DVM. We always know exactly what treatment options are available but we never feel pressured to go beyond our comfort level. We only have our cat now, and she's getting older. I hate the thought that when time is up, we will have no reason to come visit this high quality and heartful clinic. (May have to bribe hubby and get another pet...)
