Robinson Animal Hospital Reviews
When I moved here 9 years ago I had my diabetic cat who was on insulin and needed a specific diet at specific times. I had a vacation scheduled 2 months after arriving here but my last cat sitter was back in NY. I stopped into Robinson AH about 2 weeks after the move and explained my dilemma. Voila! The loveliest young lady made herself available to care for my sweet pet.I immediately began using Robinson AH for mine and my daughters cat on a regular basis. When "my" cat got to about 15 years old I finally had to put him down because he was no longer living a comfortable life and Dr Head was wonderful. Three days after I let my cat go I got a sympathy card signed by every staff member including Dr Head with personal expressions of sympathy from everyone. They also made an imprint of my sweet guys paw in ceramic with his name imprinted which they gave me. We recently had to let go of my daughters 18 year old cat, and again, their kindness was overwhelming. We are looking forward to soon getting another pet. It will be a rescued pet just as my and my daughters were. The first thing we'll do is bring him to Dr Head and the staff at Robinson AH.
Nov 20, 2016 · Susan CraigThey are the best vet I’ve ever been too. Very caring. Take time with you. Everyone is friendly and communication is great. Plus, they do small animals! I’ve taken two bunnies there to get neutered and a special needs bunny.
Mar 02, 2024 · Maureen HammodI wish I could give them more than 5 stars. My dog has been patient for little under a month and they are absolutely AMAZING. From the front desk staff, to the techs, to the doctor, everyone here cares so much about your pet and you. They treat your pet like they are a part of their own family. They are patient, extremely knowledge, and truly do sit and listen to you. The staff takes the time to explain everything to you and make sure you feel at ease. After any visit they will call the next and make sure they speak to you just to check in on your pet and see how they are doing. This speaks volume. The prices here are VERY VERY good as well. I have no doubt that my little buddy will be given only the best care there is.
May 19, 2023 · Matthew RichardThey are so sweet with my dog Levi. He can be a little nervous but is a cuddle bug once he warms up and the techs and vet were super patient with him so he could be his cuddle bug self 😊
Oct 25, 2024 · Sarah W (Allie Way)I took my new puppy, Scout to Robinson for his first vet visit. They were so welcoming and reassuring. I was anxious about making sure I did everything thing right and the vet took her time reassuring me. I felt much better when I left and even though Scout had to get a shot he was happy too!
