Dr. Catt is great but Lauren, who is running reception, is an absolute nightmare. I called her a month ago for a prescription for my cats and mentioned it was an emergency circumstance. I called at the top of the morning and then THREE times that day to confirm the prescription was being sent. I asked her to return a call when it was approved and she never did. Because of this my cat had a bad accident on my flight.I called again this week and she presumed it was never called in and agreed to call into a new pharmacy now that I have moved.I had to play phone tag for 3 days of calling multiple times a day plus a lengthy voice message before she ever called it in.Once she called it in, she told me it was my fault for not calling the pharmacy to check.She told me multiple times that it would be sent in by EOD and it never was and then told me she would call ME to confirm it was and never did until a month later this morning…I read a couple other reviews and it seems like I’m not the only one who has had issues with her dry and rude personality. I voiced all this to her and she still refused to take any accountability. Rover the Rhine needs to let Lauren go because the rest of the team is not like that and it’s leaving a terrible impression on the community. I had such a positive experience when I visited but Lauren has left such a sour taste in my mouth which makes me never want to return again. Such terrible customer service and even worse attitude to follow. I always say that if you are acting miserably at your job, find employment elsewhere! Because the vet office is definitely not the place to be so careless and unaccountable for your actions. Let alone blame the customer for your own mistakes and shortcomings. This is unacceptable considering how much money we are paying! Let her go!

Highly recommend Dr. Cat and the team at Rover the Rhine for your pet's health care. Dr. Cat is thorough, compassionate, and intelligent. Our dog gets very anxious at the vet, but she and the team always handle him with grace and compassion, expertly delivering the care he needs despite his behavioral issues.

Dr. Cat and her team have always been honest, upfront and fair with my wife and me. We have a dog Lexie who has had cancer for a while. There has not been a point that I have felt like they were putting their interest in front of ours. I am very difficult to please, So this says a lot about them.

Whoever they have at the front desk answering the phones now is not friendly or welcoming at all. Very short, dry and unhelpful. It seemed like an inconvenience that I even called. I’ve been going here for years but will be finding somewhere else.

Prepare to read.I’ve been taking my cat here since I got her 2 years ago. I’ve since moved and this is now 30 minutes away. When I first came, I raved about this place. Dr. Kat is always professional, addresses concerns, and talks in a way that’s easily understood(+) I don’t really like how they keep you in a small room while your pet gets taken elsewhere, but I understand the reasoning behind it. As for the front desk team, when I started, I believe Deja was the name of the person I interacted with. She was warm, knew what she was doing, and even spoke to my cat directly upon arrival and departure.(+) I believe Alex is who I spoke with today. No greeting when I entered the door, just asked my pet’s name and started the sign in. As I was going to pay my invoice, I stood there for almost five minutes in uncomfortable silence as her computer experienced issues. (-) Technology fails, that’s no fault of hers, but at least tell people what’s going on so they don’t feel so in the dark. The invoice I was given also didn’t include the specific charges of the medicines I was given, just that it cost $55 more than the visit itself. (-)I used to recommend folks go here, I’m not sure if I would now. Thus, the four stars instead of five. I’ll continue returning for Dr. Kat.
