Rowell Debra DVM Reviews
We took our 10 year old cat here recently for surgery and we're very impressed with Dr Rowell and her staff. I did a lot of research before choosing Dr. Rowell and was a little concerned by some of the negative reviews, but that was not our experience at all. From start to finish, they were up front about the procedure and costs, and they called every single day with updates. Our beloved pet ended up needing an extra week at their facility because of her age, but again, we appreciated the care and concern of Dr Rowell and her team. They answered our every question and we could not be happier with the outcome. I would not hesitate to bring my cat here again. They treat ONLY cats, which was another plus, and made the experience less stressful for our pet as there were no dogs barking or sniffing at her during her stay there.

March 13 · Turbo FamilyCat Care Hospital Inc.A few days ago, my mother (who is elderly and uses a walker) had an appointment at this facility to have her cat neutered. Upon her arrival, she managed to get her walker and her cat to the steps where someone must have seen her. A lady (employee) came out and retrieved the cat and went back inside. The steps, even though were few, were too steep for her to climb, having had past knee and hip surgeries, but she had already noticed a handicap ramp when she arrived, so she assumed she could go in that way. After going all that way, she was met by the lady only to be told she couldn't come in that door because her walker was too wide and it wouldn't fit between the cages, etc. The lady then went and got the clipboard with forms to fill out and handed them out to her to fill out. That morning, it was cold and windy, and she was left outside to fill out those forms. I'm completely in disbelief and very disappointed that my mother was left outside in the cold because she was unable to get to the front entrance. I can only imagine that someone in a wheelchair will have the same treatment. This ramp is useless to the disabled, elderly or anyone who can't climb those steps. Code violation? I'm pretty sure, I'll find out.

January 26 · P. MenardNeeded my kittens seen, so I googled for a vet open near me... this clinic is listed as being open until 7pm. One of the kittens was crying when I went in. Here was my entire conversation with the receptionist, verbatim:Her: I hear some kittens I'm not going to be able to help. (This is the greeting I got)Me: I'm sorry?...Her: I can't help. The vet's not in.Me: Are you closed? I googled this clinic and it says you're open until 7.Her: Just because it says we're open until 7 doesn't mean the vet is here til 7, she left at 5.Me: Oookay.Customer service much? Here's some advice from a fellow cat person. If your vet leaves at 5 then list your clinic as closing at 5 if you can't help anyone. If your hours are wrong or you can't help a potential client, apologize and suggest a nearby place that is still open. This exchange screams to me "I don't care about your business." Your loss.
