★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can’t express enough how much this practice has been a blessing in our lives. My sweet soul dog China was in and out of this office for years, and we were given so much compassion, attention, and dedication throughout her complex health journey. The staff here welcomed us with open arms and kindness every time we entered the doors — I always think of the technicians I met who knew China by name before I ever knew who they were. It always put my anxious heart at ease to know how much she was loved here.Dr. Schimler was her primary vet and I always trusted that he took the very best care of her, always diving deep to help us find the right answers for her, not just the easy ones. And he walked me through every step of every process, even the big and scary ones that no other vet had ever bothered to try to explain to me. He never pushed for treatments that didn’t make sense for her, and he always shared every option as we managed chronic conditions, arthritis, countless surgeries, and cancer — everything. He and the staff helped us say goodbye this week with the deepest respect and kindness, giving her so much food and all of us so much love, making an impossible day just one bit lighter. My sweet China lived a much longer and healthier life because of the care she received here. I’m forever grateful to these people for caring nearly as much about her health and happiness as we did. We would’ve lost her years sooner had they not given us the time, patience, and care they did.I know when we’re ready to adopt again, we’ll be back with this team and Schimler. We’re so grateful we had these people on our side.
August 23 · Anslie VickeryVet West - Dr Wilson and all the staff - have treated my 17 year old mutt dog like their own pet since they first examined him as a terribly skinny rescue. I’m sure there are other excellent Vet Clinics in Marietta and Cobb Co, but my family hasn’t felt any reason in the last 30+ years to check them out.
August 12 · Terry BartonFantastic staff from start to finish. The front desk, vet tech and vet are all too notch; great service, no waiting for room, check out in exam room makes it easy.Staff great with my anxious golden. Vet spent a lot of time with me. After being a client for almost 20 years, I still won’t bring my pets any where else! They just keep getting better💕
June 04 · Lauren DeMarcoThe Veterinary Clinic (Main) is the best vet I have ever had the privilege of taking my pets to. From the administrative staff, to the techs, to the doctors… Everyone that works here truly cares about every pet and every person that walks through their doors. They have seen our 6 pets through some highs and lows, and done it all with compassion. I truly think they treat every pet as if it was their own, and I am so grateful.
March 14 · Shanise JWow!!!!!!! I can not believe that Elizabeth was so hateful and vindictive to my fur baby due to the fact that after she scheduled a visit for my Daisy Mae because my baby was very sick she had vomiting diarrhea and refused to eat. She was trembling because she had a fever and she had no energy. I noticed she started to improve so since I have another week till Payday. I really couldn't afford the $300 up front. Even though this is my daughter's normal vet. Elizabeth scheduled us to go somewhere else, not even to the clinic that we go to.Several hours later. After Daisy may startedgetting really bad again. I called back, spoke with Elizabeth and she told me that I needed to just take her to an emergency room vet wash dsxaq we 000 and not there where her vet is located. I asked her what was the difference she stated since she had already moved things around and got Daisy Mae in earlier in the day. That she wasn't going to 0⁰to ⁹pexte hand 2 timesI don't know who who does that to innocent animals. Because lady you're not hurting me. You're hurting my baby ..W⁰0e will not be back because you absolutely crossed the line even though I did cancel. That appointment, it's not like we were a no call.No show.So Elizabeth, while you are being really rude and vindictive I hope you have a extremely blessed evening. Stella Dawn will not be returning either. It takes a miserable person to refuse a dog service just because her momma called and canceled an appointment...
