★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The emergency vet told us that our kitten was too young for surgery but Sparta Road veterinary clinic contacted us on Facebook and told us to bring her in anyway, and they were gonna remove her eye that was hanging out of her head. she was a rescue and had been badly abused. We became quickly attached to her and then fell in love with her, but when we took her to Sparta Road veterinary clinic, she didn’t survive the anesthesia. I believe that Sparta Road veterinary clinic did everything they could she had been abused in a bad way before we found her. We made sure that her life as short as it was was as perfect as possible, and as comfortable as possible. looking back now I wish I wouldn’t of took her up there. I just didn’t want her to suffer anymore RIP Melanie. They were very kind and waited after hours so I could come pick her up and take her home. Thank you so much for trying your best!!

July 23 · Mrs. Star LeBlancIf you’re looking for surgery for your animal, I do not recommend this place. My dog had a tumor on his toe and they surgically removed it. They kept him for the night. The next day, my husband picks our dog up from the vet and they send him home without a cone and with no instructions on how to care/clean the area. The medication given to wasn’t even strong enough for my 55 pound dog and they gave us very few…… He then chewed off his bandage and started licking at the womb. We had to drive back up there to ASK for a cone which should had been sent home the day he was picked up. A week later, we bring him back for a check up to find out that his foot was infected and they sent us home with no bandage and blood everywhere. It was so bad you could see the bone sticking out and the flesh was not even there anymore. They did absolutely NOTHING! We ended up driving to Murfreesboro and he almost lost his entire leg (he’s a senior dog.) Months after all of the vet visits, his foot finally healed and he did not lose his leg thankfully. I will never bring my dog or any other animal to this vet again. Seems to me that the staff needs more training or needs more schooling at that.
July 19 · Holli MortonActually I would like to give zero to minus star. My dog was dying and needed to be put to sleep. I begged them to help her - gave them the payment demanded in advance , but the vet decided to give her a shot to "relax" her and left the room.My poor dog was suffering and became aggitated. I had to start screaming for them to help her before finally she came in and gave her the shot. Horrible experience - needless to say . I found the vet to be more robotic than human . I am 75 years old and hav e had to put pets to sleep before and have never experienced anything so inhumane
August 25 · Janice EwtonThe best veterinary clinic, staff and Dr. Sam Young is the most sensitive and experienced man I have ever met he helped us at the most difficult time in our lives having to put our sweet Star down!
