Feb 19, 2025 · Angie GodetteExpensive, point blank. I recommend Franklinton Animal Hospital. It's sad because they try to pride themselves on being "affordable" when that is not the case. Don't get me wrong, they have kind workers that get the job done, but the main vet seems to be a narcissist.
Feb 04, 2025 · Katherine AyalaThe first visit went well. Dr. Hansen answered a lot of questions about my pet's condition that her vet for years never bothered to explain. When her condition worsened, I made the hard decision to have her put down. I made the appointment and when I took her, I was not allowed to go back to spend the last precious moments of her life with her. I wish they had told me I couldn't go back with her before I took her there. My baby was 16 years old and I had her for all of her life except the first 8 weeks. It hurt terribly to hand her over and walk out of there. I just wished I had taken her out and gone somewhere else even though I had paid the bill.
May 28, 2024 · Sherry SternbergThe so called Dr was very rude to both his own employees as well as us. He didn’t help our dog at all. We will not be going back and recommend anyone else to don’t waste your time with this so called vet
