★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The concern and care this place had for my dog was incredible. I took my pug in for a check up on a growth on her gums and they were able to get her in for surgery the same day. This ended up being more serious than expected and they were very informative of possible outcomes and options I had. Long story short, because of this place, a cancerous tumor was discovered and removed promptly and I have been able to get my pug scheduled for an oncologist for further evaluation. The staff is fantastic and checked on us the next day and scheduled a follow up right away. This establishment helped to extend the life of my fur baby and I’m thankful to them for their care, kindness and honesty.
May 13 · Belen ResendezI took my 15 year old Brussels Griffon here for major dental work. Two years later she is still going. I was very concerned about the operation given her advanced age. The entire team at the office is professional and kind. The level of care they are able to take gave me 2 more years with her. This was one of the best decisions I ever made.
July 26 · Tatum StasneyDr. McCoy did an outstanding job with my 14 yo dachshund. He was professional, explained everything, and answered all my questions. Joe recovered nicely. And his staff is awesome! I definitely recommend Dr. McCoy and his team!
November 06 · Denise MoreauDr. McCoy and staff always provide the absolutely best care for all of the K9s we bring to see them. They treat them with the utmost respect, care, and always give us a clear, well thought out treatment plan with the dogs well-being, function, and most of all comfort in mind. Thank you for all of the great care of our K9 partners!
September 30 · Shannon Smithcalled to make appointment with dr. mccoy but when arrived it was dr penn. charged for exam but 5 min into exam told me he could not examine the tooth completely. did not stop him giving me $3,000+ estimate for tooth extraction. despite not being able to examine, stated the surgery had to be done urgently. chipped tooth on the side. when asked why such a high price for tooth extraction, he said it was bc they had all specialists on site in case of emergency. without much room for deliberations, the dog was taken for assessment, which turned out to be another 180 for blood work. he insisted that it could not be just ANY vet extracting chipped tooth (not rotten, not infected) but had to be specialist like him. walked out with over $350 and he kept trying to upsell with some dog dental chews. dog is fine. another vet said it was NOT urgent and did not expose the nerve. But would require minor filing during dental cleaning. really frustrating.
