★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Critter Care had taken such great care of our Rescued Dachshund, June bug before we met her 3 years ago that we choose to continue to take her there!Critter Care only recommend what’s necessary—June bug appreciates that! But most of all, the staff and doctors are so patient, caring and knowledgeable about this breed!
July 15 · Susan B MagieIf you have a Bulldog or any brachycephalic (short-nosed) breed, look no further—Dr. Plummer is simply exceptional. Their knowledge of the unique medical needs and anatomy of flat-faced dogs is unmatched. From breathing issues and skin folds to palate surgeries and allergy management, they truly understand the breed inside and out and DO NOT try to sell you on unnecessary procedures. The level of care, patience, and compassion they show toward both dogs and their owners is incredibly reassuring. They explain every procedure thoroughly, offer thoughtful, affordable treatment options, and never rush through appointments. You can tell they genuinely love Bulldogs and are committed to their long-term health and happiness.Whether it's a routine check-up, a complex airway evaluation, or urgent care, this vet is the go-to expert. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

August 22 · Monica whiteI have given lots of time to leave a review so I do not review in anger.I had my dog worked on back in January before the snow for cancer removal. The surgeon forgot to send us home with antibiotics for after the surgery which was in her mamory area aka cancer lump was removedWe were told the whole chain wouldn't be needed by doctor plummer and then by the surgeon said I'm the surgeon plummer is the vet and I'm removing the whole chain. So conflicting information right there. I should have backed out then and there. Vet and surgeon not on same page with eachother big red flag. Also my dog was not sent home with any antibiotic after major surgeryWe called and they ended up saying they thought they had sent us home with some.. which they did not.We went in and they gave us an antibiotic but it did not cover the internal damage from surgery my dog ended up getting a infection and I called and texted the vet after hours and the surgeon seemed upset that i had reached out to doctor plummer instead of her.they both said to bring her in the morning.. I said she has infection its oozing and smells bad and in bad shape not healing as it should had beenher breath smelled like rotting flesh I felt we were not handled with care here andI rushed her to a actual ER at sunset animal hospital where they said they antibiotics used by the critter care would not have handled the infection setting in from surgery done by them. So I ended up paying around 2 k for critter care and another 3k for a er trip from a negligence on critter cares part.I sent pics of the wound and it smelled so bad. I was not about to send my dog back to the place who made a mistake that almost took my dogs life. The mistake was forgetting anti biotic and then gave wrong antibiotics for what was happening internally with my dog 3rdly the conflicting info from vet vs surgeonIf you just want vaccines they probably are good at that but surgery i can not recomened this place after the neglect we received
