★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The absolute BEST in the area. We know from negative experiences at two other local vets. We used to have to have Little Rascal sedated for nail trims after the damage done by previous vets. Here they just hold and love him!! NO STRESS! Animals know 100% when they are well cared for.Mine screamed THIS is the place for us!! On behalf of Little Rascal & Bambi, thanks a million for being so wonderful and caring.
July 06 · Stacey CooperUpdate.I now take both Gertrude and Penelope to the animal care center of Ooltewah. The doctors and staff there are top notch and not only bring knowledge and experience but also heart. I highly recommended this practice. The staff was so caring and friendly to me and Gertrude on her annual visit. This was our first visit to this clinic and it was a wonderful experience. The bedside manner of the doctor was warm and knowledgeable. I appreciated the personalized time they took with my pup. I've been to some offices where it felt as though we were being pushed through with no real care, that was not the experience here. I highly recommend this office and staff.
August 18 · Stephanie SiseDr. Mullins and his team were so compassionate when we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let our 17 year old boy go. After we were turned away from another vet despite it being a critical situation, they were able to see him first thing without an appointment. They gave honest, caring advice and let us have as much time as we needed before and after the decision was made. We appreciate you all so much.
July 07 · Victoria CasselDr. Mullins and his staff are fantastic. They are very caring. They have helped me welcome new pets and say goodbye to my older pets. I highly recommend them.
August 13 · Kathryn GreenholtzWe were taking care of our daughter-in-law's beloved dog when he fell down our steps. He was limping and not putting any weight on his leg, so we rushed him to your office. Although it was only a few minutes until closing, your staff x-rayed him and determined it was a bad bruise. Thank you!.
