The Eye Vets Reviews
My dog, over a 24 hour period, had her eyes fill with blood and she lost her vision. The Eye Vet quickly got us in and immediately started treatment. They were wonderful with us and our dog. I was a mess and they were very patient and understanding. I am happy to report, because of their immediate action, our dog will make a full recovery.
May 23, 2025 · Jill JesseeFrom start to finish the Eye Vets are fabulous! The staff are welcoming, helpful and kind! Our geezer cat was stumbling around blind and our primary vet referred us to the eye guys. They carefully examined our cat, diagnosed the problem, and prescribed meds. In just two weeks, our cat’s eyesight dramatically improved! It’s astonishing!
May 30, 2025 · Peach McCombMy dog was having an issue with her eye that I felt needed more expertise than a regular vet visit. I chose The Eye Vets off google for their great reviews and they definitely live up to those reviews!First off, my dog needed to be seen on more emergency purposes and they fit me in very last minute which I totally appreciated! My dog was first checked out by a tech who performed some tests on her and the tech was super sweet and compassionate. She handled by dog with care! Then for the main visit I saw Dr. Ben Bergstrom and he was awesome. I could tell he really knew what he was talking about. He was able to breakdown for me what was going on with my dogs eye, and listened intently when I had follow up questions (which were a lot). If my dogs ever need eye care in the future, I will be taking them here! Also wanted to give a shout out to their office for how nice and clean it is. As long as my dog is given good care, I don’t mind what a vets office looks like but I really appreciated the addition of such a beautiful and well kept office!Big thank you to The Eye Vets!
Jul 12, 2025 · Amanda GriffethDr. Bergstrom is a wonderful ophthalmologist! He is attentive to all of my concerns and ensures his patients have the best care. Karl (my pug) recently had surgery at their immaculate clinic in Bellevue and I was updated throughout the day on how he was doing and surgery start/end time. Cannot recommend The Eye Vets enough as they are an incredible asset to the veterinarians in the middle TN area.Thank you for ALL you do!
May 02, 2025 · Nicole GulleyDr. Waler and everyone else was amazing! Our dog lost his vision in one eye and removing his eye was the going to be the best choice for him, but a tough one for us. Dr. Waler kindly walked us through the choices and we can’t be happier. Our Rusty is back to his old self and I didn’t realize until after the surgery how much pain he had been in. We had no complications and we were checked in on regularly. Aside from the care we received, the office is gorgeous, the space has easy parking, and they have a treat bar for both the pups and the peeps. My only wish is that they were on the East side of town :)
