This place is a big rip off! We had a surprise bill of $500 for wellness visit for 2 puppies. They just do things and keep adding to your bill without even telling you! For over 20 years having dogs and going to vets it was the most expensive visit we had. They charged $40 for cleaning ears without telling us what they are doing. Even though I told them I cleaned their ears a few hours ago. Vaccines and tests cost double than at other vet clinics. When I booked an appointment. When I booked an appointment they told me one price, after the visit they just had us.They do not care about your pet. We asked for the prescription of dewormer for puppies, they refused to give it, only if we buy from them. They refused to give a prescription for ear infection medication. Only if we buy it from them. This place is a scam! I feel cheated and after paying $500 I need to go to another vet to get puppies proper medication. - Yana Y

  • Preventative Health & Wellness Exams: This is a cornerstone of pet care, including annual check-ups to monitor overall health, detect potential issues early, and ensure pets are up-to-date on necessary immunizations.
  • Vaccinations: Essential for protecting pets against common and serious diseases. They offer core vaccines such as rabies, distemper-parvo for dogs, and distemper combo and leukemia for cats, with specific pricing for each.
  • Routine Surgeries: Including common procedures such as spaying and neutering for both dogs and cats. They also list other low-cost surgeries like mass removal, laceration repair, dental cleanings, and foreign body removal.
  • Diagnostic Services: To aid in identifying health problems, they utilize a reference lab for a wide range of tests, which can include blood work (e.g., full metabolic panels, basic metabolic panels), urinalysis, fecal screens for parasites, and heartworm tests. They also offer X-rays and ultrasounds.
  • Sick and Urgent Care Exams: Available for pets experiencing illness, injury, or specific problems like ear, skin, or eye issues, vomiting, or diarrhea. They have specific hours for sick/urgent care.

  • Dental Care: Professional dental cleanings are offered to address plaque and tartar buildup, which are crucial for preventing periodontal disease and other systemic health issues.
  • Deworming: Specifically for puppies and kittens, addressing common parasitic concerns in young animals.
  • Nail Trims and Anal Gland Expressions: Routine grooming and maintenance services.
